I’ve never written a review before but I can’t help it. I literally just got my drink and this branch CANNOT make an Iced Capp to save their lives. It comes out as watery as a latte with some ice particles floating on top, and it literally has happened EVERY single time I’ve gone there in the past two weeks, which has been more than four times. I was shocked that the employee gave me my drink unironically, as if it even RESEMBLED an Iced Capp?? And yes, they ARE the problem because no other location has ever made it as horribly as they do. Since we’re on topic, the one thing that stayed consistent is how SLOW and disorganized the service is. There were like five people in front of me and two employees taking orders. Tell me why I had to wait ten minutes to ORDER?? Many of the staff are also rude. They have a zombie-like demeanor, don’t greet you, barely use their words and are practically channeling the spirit of a snail while being explicitly impolite. I get it. I worked in the customer service industry. It sucks. You don’t care and it’s tiring. Read moreDog ass Tim's First, it's organized horribly, you order and get ur food at the same place, not that theres no "receiving" area, the employees just dont care and give the food out from anywhere. Also, the way they give the food is by yelling what it is and hoping the right person takes it, also sometimes from the same place someone else is ordering. Horrible organisation Also, i ordered an iced coffee, tasted like straight syrup, SO much sugar it was undrinkable, idk how many pumps were put in, but one is already sweet enough, i complained and they just took a bit of coffee out and put a bit back in, didnt change a thing, had to throw it out. Then, i got the food, a farmers wrap, no potato, i ALWAYS order the same, and I know as a fact i said i wanted a trio, but the employees insisted I didnt and ended up giving to me because they "felt nice" So I paid 10$ for a mid-sandwich (farmers wrap isnt what it used to be), and had to argue for the potato i paid for Never coming back and advising everyone to never go here. Even if everything goes fine and u get your food, itll take a headache of trying to figure out where it's gonna come from, and watching employees watch the other workers work...
Read moreSometimes i think people exaggerate on the comments on how bad the service or the food is in one place but in this case it's true. Horrible service, they show zero interest in taking your order, didn't even give me my ticket, they didn't have rice (which means lack of organization). The wrap was slightly warm on one side and cold on the other side.
It's the saddest wrap and the saddest people i saw in the city. I know that life can be hard sometimes, myself as an inmigrant i also struggle with clients at work but part of my job is to give a nice service to all clients.
