Alexandra's Pizza Sackville — Restaurant in Lower Sackville

Never complain there about your food even if you give them the benefit of the doubt, And order from them guys again with good food, Only to call back tonight to get the owner Who I dealt with the first time, To place an order, For supper only to get told Never to call back again? Well you took my money the other night when I ordered pizza!! Good food sometime, Owner has no respect for his customers, I am only one guy that had bad service there but I am gonna tell 50 people not to go there, Good luck a** And then for them to go and leave a reply to my review Stating on how they have the right to refuse customers? I don't know if the Sackville location is under new ownership, but something has changed. Been a huge fan of Alexandra's and a customer since it opened. The food is still great, but due to consistently bad customer service, sadly I won't be ordering from here again. Most recent experience - ordered nachos, was not given an ETA (which is fine, but if it's going to be 1-2 hours for delivery, it'd be nice to be given a heads up). Called an hour after ordering to check in, was told " it's in the car for delivery". Called about 45 minutes after that, was told "it's just in the oven now". The folks I spoke with were quite rude and offered no apologies for the confusion, the delay, etc so I was happy to cancel and order Kenny's in Bedford. (Highly recommend that place, by the way! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered food that was not cooked fully and asked for a refund as we were so turned off that we didn't want any other food. The only options were to receive the same food recooked or 20% off of our next visit which were both unrealistic options.

I will no longer be ordering from here mainly because the customer service was so bad. Nobody working could make a decision so I waited a half an hour to get called back with any option at all. They were calling their manager and going back and forth as they obviously have no empowerment to please their customers.

By the end of all of this I decided to just forget get and throw the food in the garbage after I was declined my money back and was hung up on.

Not a good way to run...
