The food is still great, but due to consistently bad customer service, sadly I won't be ordering from here again. Most recent experience - ordered nachos, was not given an ETA (which is fine, but if it's going to be 1-2 hours for delivery, it'd be nice to be given a heads up). Called an hour after ordering to check in, was told " it's in the car for delivery". Called about 45 minutes after that, was told "it's just in the oven now". Ordered food that was not cooked fully and asked for a refund as we were so turned off that we didn't want any other food. The only options were to receive the same food recooked or 20% off of our next visit which were both unrealistic options.
I will no longer be ordering from here mainly because the customer service was so bad. Nobody working could make a decision so I waited a half an hour to get called back with any option at all. They were calling their manager and going back and forth as they obviously have no empowerment to please their customers.
By the end of all of this I decided to just forget get and throw the food in the garbage after I was declined my money back and was hung up on.
Not a good way to run...
