The worst customer service i have ever had at a tim hortons in my life. Went through the drive through, was told to go into a parking spot as it would be a few mins until my order was ready (sure not a problem, very understandable). I want for 15mins and not a single person comes to my vehicle. So i decide to enter the store, and ask about my order, was told by 1 of the team members it will be about another 5mins. I wait for a minute or two until some other team member says to me "oh wait you were the drive thru order, its been ready for like 5 mins now". Sort yourself out tim hortons, how hard is it to keep track of a simple coffee and wrap order in the drive thru, especially when half your stuff is pre cut and pre cooked. This company has gone downhill majorly and I will gladly spend my money elsewhere...
Read moreThere used to be friendly staff, and quick order times. They used to get my orders right on occasion, which was nice from time to time, but it's clear that the workers don't care about their job even in the slightest anymore. I order the same thing literally every morning. Half the time I get my money back, half the time I don't. The discretion of me giving you a tip is up to me, if I give you a twenty dollar bill for a twelve dollar order, you don't keep all of that for yourself.
Four out of five times, my order is wrong, but I shouldn't have to go out of my way to drive another 3km away to find another Tims.
Editing from a 4 to 2. This is getting more and more disappointing. You don't do that. Management needs to get better, this is nuts. The place was great when Brad worked there. Backshift staff...
Read moreToday, I went to Tim Hortons with my boyfriend to drop off his resume. The girl at the front gave us a form to fill out. After completing it, we went to the counter to hand it in, but it felt like we were being ignored. A girl in the back, who looked like a baker, kept looking at us through the doors but didn’t come to help. When she came to the front, she LITERALLY ROLLED HER EYES AND WALKED AWAY. She looked at us again when she returned, but still didn’t assist. It was just a 10-second task, yet we stood there for about 5 minutes until another lady came from the back to take it. This is not work ethic. I also work at Tim Hortons, and I believe guests should always come first. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and we decided not to eat there. Please look into your staff and teach them some...
