Again this location surprises me , everytime , i have been here many times , an most times im getting a bigger order , or more than one big order , an i have always been met with happy, smiling staff members , for some of the biggest orders ive come in to get , the speed of which they get them ready is awesome! Now i will admit the first few times my order was done so quickly I was very skeptical , & worried if the food was going to be cooked properly , i have yet to have had an issue with under or even over cooked food , i can also say i had seen them ready it myself or i would have sworn they had everything prepared days ago , but i have each time seen for my time. ... If you're looking to have a lazy night, you don't feel like cooking , Give them a try , im sure You won't be disappointed . The only problem we have ever had with this location in way of our food order , is having been missing the odd side salad , this only has happened twice in all the time we have been heen the last few years and to there credit they had been quite busy for both times , an were very quick to apologize for the mistake an replace the item at iur choice of right then or at our next visit... Customer service is usually so friendly, but we did have a bad experience, where they forgot to bag up the actual chicken we ordered (there were a lot of sides and some drinks too), and after driving home about 15 minutes away and noticing we had no chicken, I drove all the way back to see what happened.
I had to wait about half an hour in the store for it be resolved. They were getting other orders wrong when I was there. I guess the worst experience was that they didn't believe me, even with my receipt. I had to wait around for them to check their cameras and then make the chicken again. As a regular customer, that was humiliating to be treated as though I wasn't telling the truth. I used to work in customer service and know on a busy Friday night, it can be crazy, but we were taught to resolve things kindly if customers had issues. I was being calm and friendly the whole time.
In the end, the cameras backed up my story, we got our chicken, and a couple extra pieces, and apologies from some people. I was satisfied with the resolution, just not with the wait on what was a mistake...
Read moreI have been going here for years. I always had excellent customer service. Sadly I can't say this about last Sunday. I went to the cash register and was told I would have to down load the app and order it on there. I didn't have my phone so my granddaughter downloaded it on hers. In the meantime the store got busy and customers were all being waited on. We at first had trouble downloading ,then placing the order. We asked the person on cash a couple of times for help. He wasn't helpful at all. When we finally got the order placed it came through and the slip sat there. I told the person working cash that the order was there. He said; "Oh we are waiting on chicken." They continued taking and filling orders. Then he decided to get our order from the machine. We were there close to an hour, while others were in and out quickly. I phoned the manager a couple of days later , and he didn't really seem to care. Wow customer service isn't what it used to
