We’ve been going to this Subway location for easily almost two decades by now.
Throughout all the renovations and menu changes over the years, the food quality has remained consistently good. While I’ve occasionally been a bit disappointed at the discontinuation of certain menu items (R.I.P chicken breast), I’ve also been pleasantly surprised by how good some of their newer items have been.
I love chatting with the staff every time I order here. They’re all very nice and funny. I usually order the same sandwiches every time and on a few occasions, an employee has guessed what I was going to say before I said it, which was pretty funny. They’re also very efficient at making sandwiches; every time I’ve seen an online/app order come in, an employee starts making it right away, even if there are other customers in line. That sandwich is usually done by the time the current sandwich being made is at the register.
Even after many years, there has only been one singular time that one of my orders has been made wrong (a slight mixup between similar sounding condiments that no one caught) and the staff remade it for us no problem.

Read moreThe guy working had pickle juice on his gloves and my mom asked him not to touch her sandwich with pickles on his gloves (for all he knows she could be allergic) ignored her so she raised her voice a bit to make sure he heard her (still saying it nicely and even apologizing for being picky). He threw his gloves off finished her sandwich and then ignored us and refused to finish serving us. Forcing us to wait for someone else to come ring us threw. Extremely rude and unprofessional. ** since for whatever reason you cant comment back after the owner comments heres my little update. no that's not what happened he handed the lady the creamer before this had happened. and he did walk away he wasn't busy with anything he walked out back and came back talking to some girl. and the other guy that was working was making a sub for someone that we happened to know, so B as you call him, was standing there ignoring us chatting with another employee while we had to wait for the other guy to be done serving someone else. and he didn't take his gloves off when he was passing the cream and milk back and forth with that lady. which my not seem like a big deal but it is improper food handlers safety. so thank you...

It is different in app than what is on menu in store and I cant change it or explain how I like it put together in the app. So I call it in on phone but It depends who answers. Tonight was a no go from the employee. Told to use the app/ I explain it doesn't work and I always call it in... Well we are busy, we don't take orders on phone so NO. They have taken my last dozen orders on phone. Hmmm, I understand busy, ok, but my orders were taken when was no biz and dead with covid so now no because of app? someone in store?
