Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Lower Sackville

I have been going to this Tim’s for I’d say 5 years at least now and I have never had service like I had today. I order my bagel and tea and I tried to order another bagel which they had no other bagels. So I ordered a wrap bagel and tea. So then the bagel maker who was super sweet said I don’t have anymore plain bagels so you’ll have to refund the last person who ordered one and so the girl taking the order thought it was me so I went up and got my refund which I was all fine with. Then when the guy doing the making of the food yelled out bagel and wrap I said well I did order that but they told me there was no bagels so I got a refund instead of just taking it like I could have I was nice enough to admit I got refund so the girl behind me got the bagel I should have got. Today they had no sweet clue what they were doing worst service I’ve ever gotten there and I’m a regular most of the girls no me in there. So when I walked out I said you guys need to learn what your doing if your gonna work a busy weekend and I said I’ll be contacting the manger about this too. Like the guy who made the food literally took my bagel out the bag which I would have paid for and the girl Behind me said she would have got cinnamon bagel but I don’t like that kind. Left my experience with this location feeling quite upset. Staff was unfriendly and rather rude. It started during ordering when I was informed that they were out of several items I tried to order such as timbits and a croissant breakfast sandwich. It was around 10am when I rolled through, so this was disappointing. I might have been more understanding if it had been later in the day. Additionally, the person who took my order was extremely rushed. She actually told me to pull up as I was talking and when I kindly mentioned I was not done ordering, she seemed annoyed. When I finally pulled up to the window, they told me that they didn’t have an item that I ordered AFTER I had already paid. Their only solution was to make my order using a different bagel. My partner ended up having to eat something they didn’t want as a result when we would have much rather to have gone somewhere else. Worst customer service. Multiple times, I have Mobile order to show up and not have it made. Usually, they don't even know . This mobile order has come in. This staff will just all stand around and stare at you. But nobody will come over to ask what you're waiting for. Today this happened, I told the girl what my order was along with another staff member. The receipt clearly stated that it was the right location. The staff member argued with me that it didn't say the location on it after I showed it to herself and another staff member. Proceeded to give me attitude after i'd waited over 15 minutes for one coffee, slams it down, and in a condescending tone says, "You're welcome!" My husband and I talk about how poorly run and how awful the customer service is all the time. I will say this, There are a couple of girls who usually work the early morning shift that are amazing and provide great customer service.....maybe afternoon staff should take some...
