Please look at the name of the restaurant. It says Pizzeria, right?. I mean, this was a pizza restaurant. 90% of the things on the menu were things a pizza restaurant should have.
But what shouldn't have happened is waiting more than 1.5 hours for the pizza.
Everyone knows how long it takes for a pizza to cook. We waited 1.5 hours even for the garlic bread and nachos we ordered to start the meal. And just came only garlic bread.
The hot dishes arrived about 40 minutes AFTER the pizza. Of course, it was just hot food in name. The PRE-COOCED chicken was reheated in the microwave or oven and placed in front of us.
But they couldn't even do that. Because The chicken was hot on the outside and cold on the inside. And it was like straw.
We reminded the waiters many times for these dishes to arrive. When we were going to pay, the cheff, the waiter the administrator and the cashier were waiting behind the counter ready to put on their magnificent show.
The chef of the kitchen made a eye signal to the waitres and asked her the dissatisfied customers are these, aren't they? and they started their show.
I am asking you, Would you be happy if chickens that were hot on the outside and cold on the inside were brought to you and you waited for more than 2 hours without exaggeration?
They started to say that the waiters couldn't keep up, that there were too many customers. They started to find excuses. They said that they were preparing takeaway orders in the back and that our food was just prepared. They wanted us to be understanding for this. Don't think that they wanted this politely. The authorized person who lacked a business spirit and the chef responsible for the terrible food repeated that they would not apologize many times and said it in a spoiled and aggressive manner. They said things like "we have removed the orders you didn't like from the list, pay and go". They told us to be understanding about the waiters not being able to keep up with the food. What does this mean? Food is coming out of the kitchen but the waiters are not able to keep up with the service. They blamed the waiters for late service. The real problem is actually in the KITCHEN. The food that arrived is proof of this. The waiter servers it, whatever the kitchen prepares at that moment. What they mean in their illogical and spoiled speech is that we prepared your food and the waiters took 2 hours to get it to your table... Because they can't keep up... This is completely ridiculous. You stole a total of 3 hours from our lives even you are a pizza Restaurant. To say the pizza This means it's a semi-fastfood, doesn't it?
They were so shameless and arrogant as to say "if you want fast food, go to McDonald's". I am reminding you, gentleman who lacks the spirit of a owner or manager. Your restaurant is a pizza restaurant. Stop making fun of people's minds and do your job. Being there for 50 years has already given you this arrogance. You are trying to get ahead by talking to the customers as if you are scolding them. You have already become dude with most of the customers, I am sure they come just for your atmosphere.
You dear friends who will stop by passing just like us. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not just take your money, they steal 3 hours of your life and in return you are sent off with terrible food and spoiled attitudes. Why isn't there a rating lower than 1 star...

They used grocery store shredded cheese, you could see each individual shred of cheese even after the cooking process because it never properly melted together. the dough (which was barely cooked) had random pockets of sweet and salt and a third inexplicable flavour caused maybe by the fact that it was frozen could not have been worse. finally, they didn’t even cut it. they handed us a pizza in its barely cooked hastily constructed horror in the box without a single cut in it. we had to rip it apart in the car like animals. the sauce was okay.
also got fries, was so upset by how the pizza tasted after a few bites our appetite was ruined. we were starving.
truly bewildering how bad a pizza we got. would’ve had better luck foraging...

Maintenant samedi midi en pleine saison estivale on arrive. Il a tellement de monde que la propriétaire n'a besoin d'aucun(e) serveur (se). Elle est assis à une table à regarder son cellulaire. Je commande un club-sandwich. Nous attendons notre repas. Une table se repli à côté de nous. Ils passent leur commande. Quelques minutes plus tard, la propriétaire passe remplir les verres d'eau. À cette table ils demandent si elle peut leur laisser le pichet d'eau. Sa réponse: "on ne fait plus ça maintenant." Lorsque j'ai reçu mon plat, j'ai demandé de la mayonnaise. La réponse que j'ai eu: "il en a beaucoup dedans." Je lui dis que c'était pour les frites. Imaginez-vous dont qu'elle charge pour. Message directe pour la propriétaire: continue à réduire et ta clientèle va continuer à diminuer.
J'y allais les samedis midi avant la pandémie. C'était le fun, il avait un brunch/buffets à prix quand même raisonnable. Depuis que c'est revenu "normal", ils ont remis le brunch le premier dimanche du mois à prix exorbitant. Comme mentionné, j'ivais le samedi midi! À chaque fois que j'y suis allé, ils ont perdu quelques plumes. Mais aujourd'hui ils ont perdu toutes les plumes qu'ils leurs restaient. Accueil bête, celle qui nous a servi: je lui demande de quoi a l'air l'assiette hamburger, elle me répond qu'il n'a pas d'assiettes hamburger. Pourtant il est bien inscrit dans le menu. Je commande finalement le gros spaghetti, je reçois un petit avec très peu de sauce. Ce n'est même pas la serveuse qui vient nous porter nos plats; c'est le chef cuisinier. J'étais tellement déçu et en colère, lorsqu'elle est venu me demander si tout était correct, je lui ai dis oui. Ce fut vraiment long pour qu'elle vienne chercher nos plat vide. J'ai su par la suite que c'était la propriétaire. Donc pour le service et le mauvais plat que j'ai eu; j'ai donné 0 en pourboire, je peux vous garantir que ça va prendre un méchant bout avant que...
