Sushi Shop — Restaurant in Magog

Ordered out, for a special occasion, all the sushies ordered were delivered, however missing condiments such as soya sauce, sesami sauce, minimal amounts of ginger as well as wasabi. Made for a dry experience. Recently, seems to be a pattern whereby they cheap out when it comes to the condiments, the food is good, but your forewarned to ensure you have an agreeable culinary experience ensure you have the appropriate condiments that should be included in your meal.

We returned on the 13th of August, Sushi Shop were nice enough to give us a gift certificate, so on a very hot Friday, we decided to return. We ordered out, verified whether we had all that we had ordered and to our surprise we were missing two salads carmare, which by the way are excellent, and once again the soya sauce was missing. The service was excellent and the sushi as well, but must verify your order, not necessarily their fault, they have many new employees, since the sushi was great, I give them 4...

The roles were fine. It wasn't bad - but it wasn't great either - at $90 for 75 pieces, I can't complain. It was worth the price. Service, however, was non-existent. This place will do for take-out, but for dine-in, I do not recommend it. They don't even have plates! We were six people trying to eat with just two platters filled with rolls on dirty tables. The server seemed confused/surprised when we politely asked him to clean the tables. I don't know about this place. It almost seems like the owner checked out and hired a bunch of teenagers to work there and prepare the sushi. I can't remember the last time I tipped poorly (I'm generally not a high maintenance client and tip at least 15% after tax), but I tipped $3 on...

First time coming here from Toronto and the service was absolutely horrible, nobody greeted me when I walked in the girls just stood there there and had an attitude…I wanted to dine in and I didn’t even get offered water like other restaurants? The “torched salmon sushi” was not even torched.. it tasted HORRIBLE! It was so mushy and gross… I asked for popcorn shrimp and it tasted just like chicken nuggets it was not popcorn...
