Agri Mexican Cantina and Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Maple Ridge

Finally tried the food truck after seeing all the good reviews. As a celebration for getting my license and being able to drive on my own I stopped by to treat myself. I've heard so many good things. I ended up choosing the large chicken burrito. It was made fresh and ready to go in 5 minutes. Has a few errands to run but it was still hot when I came home. Lots of great flavors going on, I loved the seasoned chicken as well as the choice of veggies also. The rice was quite nice as well, was like a purple color, so that was new for me. Lots of fresh quality ingredients went into this. The Chipotle sauce that comes in it was to die for. It was so good and was a cherry on top to this already good burrito. I highly recommend it to everyone, stop by pick up some beers at Ridgeway...

Today, I ordered a 3-pc Snack Pack, and they gave me 4 pcs and it was all white meat. Yay, couldn't believe it. I didn't even request white meat. It is so hard to order white meat chicken at any of the chicken places here in Maple Ridge, or probably anywhere else for that matter. (I'm not fond of dark meat). Anyhow the chicken was delicious with a nice zing to it and gravy was really good too. I will definitely be visiting this place often in the future.

Driven past this food truck a few times and finally gave it a try. Was not disappointed! These tacos are of a stoner’s dreams. Big in size and delicious in taste. Got two tacos. 1 chicken and 1 beef. For the chicken I went with option A and the beef with option B. The chicken was deep fried, tossed in a Buffalo sauce then chopped into bite size pieces. I’m not the biggest fan of Buffalo sauce but it paired well with the coleslaw in option A. As for the beef, there was a hefty amount of it on the taco and the seasonings paired well with the saucy freshness in option B. Grab some extra napkins because you’ll need it!
