Visited this establishment today in Marathon Ontario a Saturday afternoon kids are running the place had to ask them who was packing up orders as two were on the tills taking orders while they were piling up in the shelves to be packaged up once I asked, then girl on the till started packaging up orders our meal was cold I also had to ask the same person who’s also packing up the food to wash your hands before they handle my food I was told by her that they’re not required to wash their hands when it’s busy I made a fuss and told the truth and said yes you are required to wash your hands before you handle peoples food she actually tried to argue about it anyway long story short expensive meal was cold and the integrity of the cleanliness is still a question I can’t believe an employee would be told not to wash their hands between handling the till functions and your food also she was looking in the burger packages to see if people got the right stuff on their burgers like really you’re...

Showed up a few minutes prior to 11am for breakfast. While I discussed with my son which breakfast we should get, the cashier left the counter and went to do something with the ketchup and we had to wait for the rep to get back to the cash to take our order. When we ordered breakfast, she told us that since it was past 11am we couldn't order a full breakfast, just the breakfast sandwiches. My phone said 10:59, she claimed her computer said 11:01. The menus were still showing the breakfast options.

If you don't want to serve breakfast because the kitchen has made the switch over to lunch, fine, tell me that - no need to lie about what time it is. Not sure what the issue was, but seems that breakfast should be able to be served even at 11:01.

Dine in, experience with my 7 year old tonight (who tried onion rings for the first time and loved them)! The atmosphere was welcoming, as the staff were smiling directly at customers. Restroom clean, however, many of the tables were dirty. We had to check on our order a couple of times, and the food was slightly cold. This location seems to be quite busy, and you can see the staff are run off their feet as they try to do their best.
