Hello, my wife and I happily came to this restaurant for a good breakfast. This old korean owner came out all grumpy. It’s fine I understand sometimes you have a bad day? Or something. Anyway, I was looking into the menu with my wife and was making sure my car was parked okay (it snowed a lot today, and couldn’t really see the parking line).
And I started hearing him talking him korean started saying in korean “look at this guy looking to side and watch him”. And then boom ! somehow I became a robber or thief in his belief. A little did he know, I speak perfect korean. At that point I was very uncomfortable and wanted to make sure he was talking about me. So I took a couple more look at my car to make sure he was talking about me. And Yup he was talking about me and cursing.
I work for the city, rescuing people and I was never accused to be a thief or robber ever. And he gave me all the anger I never had. Great ! At the point, I couldn’t stand and had to talk
I tried my hardest to be polite and asked him in korean “ is that how you treat customers?” And “are you allowed to talk rudely to your customers?”
Really funny that he didn’t even deny that he wasn’t saying those things. He was more of I don’t like you get out of the restaurant.
He told me “get out, get out quietly… or” So I stopped and smiled at him “Should I get out quietly?”
Terrible experience, experience I never expected and never had. I am this close to tell all of my close friends and family members about Coffee time experience. Never to be near it.
Then I realized this is chain not owned by this person. Head-office personnel, if you are seeing this, you need to do something, they are making your brand look extremely bad.

Read moreAVOID THIS PLACE. RUDE DISPICABLE OWNERS. RIP YOU OFF IF YOU GET A REFUND. Came in for a stuffed beef patty. For reference, patty is stuffed with lettuce, tomatoe, cheese, and mayo ( I don't remember if there was onion). The husband took a bite, and the meat in the patty was cold, I felt mine, and it was also cold. We took it back up to the counter to advise it was still cold. The lady said the cheese cooled it down? Generally, the cheese will become soft from the heat of the patty meat. She offered to stick the completed patty back into the microwave, and we declined as this would just cause the tomato and lettuce to become soggy. The husband started yelling, grabbing the inside of the patties with his hands, and then threw it! He then kept yelling at us, throwing stuff and telling us to shut up, while his wife kept saying we were lying. I'm not sure what the advtange was to lie about the temperature of our food. Regardless of whether you, as owners, thought the patty was warm enough, if customers are telling you it's not, just because you disagree, you do not have the right to yell and throw things. Absolutely disgusting service, and after reading some of the comments, it seems like this is just how they are. He told me that for 21 years, no one has ever complained. Well, that's clearly not true. And it looks like a habit to refund customers less than what they were charged. I paid $24 for 2 patties, 2 drinks, and 1 donut. I was refunded $14 for the patties. This means I paid $10 for 2 nesteas...
Read moreI had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Coffee Time recently, and I must say, it was a genuinely satisfying experience. From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and warm aroma of freshly brewed coffee set the perfect tone for a relaxing morning. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to take my order, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
I ordered a classic breakfast combo with scrambled eggs, toast, and turkey bacon, paired with a medium coffee. Everything was served hot and fresh. The eggs were fluffy and well-seasoned, the toast was crisp yet soft inside, and the turkey bacon was perfectly cooked—not too greasy, but full of flavor. The coffee was rich, smooth, and had a bold, comforting taste. It’s clear that they take pride in their brew; it really exceeded my expectations.
The prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes and quality of food. The place was clean, and even though it was a bit busy, service was efficient and attentive.
I left feeling full, happy, and impressed. I’d definitely recommend Coffee Time to anyone looking for a casual, delicious breakfast spot. I’ll absolutely...
