My recent visit to Pizza Hut was an absolute delight, one that surpassed my expectations for a quick-service pizza joint. The experience was highly commendable, warranting a well-deserved five-star rating.

Is it possible to give 0 stars?Worst experience and service ever. Let's just start with the fact that the pizza's were delivered 45 minutes LATER than the promised delivery time. Not a single apology for that. Next, I called to tell them that I would not be paying for the pizza if it is cold and they agreed that that made sense. When I received the pizza, I was embarrassed to serve it to my guests as it was rock hard and freezing cold. So I called the location to tell them I would not be paying, they gave attitude and did not budge. I am not here paying for cold pizza (Ended up paying for it anyways). They wouldn't take it back either. They have ruined my reputation in front of my guests and I 100% do not recommending wasting your time at this John Location. I usually get carry out. Always on time. The place is always busy. Slightly under staffs. You can walk in to get your pizza but I strongly recommended you buy it on the app and go pick up. The parking is very very limited. The next door put up the designated parking sign. Luckily, those signs are not official. Nobody can give you tickets. Unless the landlord or tenants pay the City of Markham and registered with a by-laws number, those parking spots are good to park. There's limited seats. You should not eat there.
