Disappointing Customer Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience with this establishment. I placed an online order with a scheduled pickup time of 6:15 PM. I arrived 10 minutes late, only to find two other customers already waiting and no staff at the counter. We stood there for about 10 minutes, unsure if anyone was even working. Eventually, an employee appeared and served one of the other customers. When I informed the staff member that I was there to pick up my order, she acknowledged it but disappeared for a while. My food was still not ready. After some time, another employee arrived. I inquired about my order, but instead of apologizing, he blamed me for being 10 minutes late. When I pointed out that my food should have been ready at the scheduled pickup time of 6:15 PM—regardless of my slight delay—he failed to see the issue and continued to argue. He claimed they were preparing my food fresh to avoid leaving it out, which seemed more like an excuse than a valid explanation. To make matters worse, the same employee was later joined by a colleague, and both placed the blame on me rather than taking responsibility. Their behavior was unprofessional and unnecessarily combative. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. LITERALLY NO CUSTOMERS THERE AND I ASKED FOR FRESH POUTINE, AND THIS IS A NEWLY OPENED KFC WHY GIVE NEW CUSTOMERS DRIED UP AND OLD FRIES FOR POUTINE SO IT CAN BE COVERED UP WITH GRAVY AND CHEESE AND TRY TO FOOL ME INTO THINKING IT WAS FRESH WHEN I COULD CLEARLY TASTE THE FRIES. I HAD FRESH KFC FRIES AT OTHER LOCATION AND THIS FRIES I COULD TELL BY THE OFF-TEXTURE, SHRIVELED UP FRIES AND DRYNESS THAT THIS WAS TERRIBLE, IT SEEMS THAT THESE FRIES TASTED DAYS OLD.
I even told the cashier I wanted fresh poutine, fries well done. But the only things that tasted remotely good were the gravy and cheese. WHAT A HUGE LET DOWN!
I WASTED NEARLY EIGHT DOLLARS ON THIS!

Read moreI know there’s no point in giving a review at this location because I can already see many 1-star ratings all over — but here’s my experience anyway.
I placed an order at 10 PM. Staff initially told me mine would be the last order and it would take 15–20 minutes. But I saw them continue taking orders after mine. I followed up at the 20, 30 and 40-minute marks, explaining each time that my baby was waiting in the car for a long time. Each time, I got the same response: “It’s still cooking.”
After 50 minutes, someone introduced herself as the store manager — Sama — and very casually told me there was a mix-up with my order. No apology, no explanation, just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. She even tried to cancel my order and refund the money, as if that made up for the time I had already lost.
It’s honestly disappointing how little she seemed to care. Makes me wonder why someone like her is managing a store, especially when there are so many people out there who genuinely want to work and give value to customers time.
