When we first sat down, the server brought us two water bottles to the table. When I’m brought water without ordering it I usually assume it’s free, and figured the bottle were due to Covid, but I was charged for them at the end of the meal. I then ordered a coke and was brought a warm one from the case of coke sitting beside the fridge instead of a cold one from the fridge. We ordered 4 samosas which were very tasty but there was a part of one that had still uncooked dough. Finally, in one of the dishes I went to bite into a chunk of what I thought was lamb and turned out to be nothing but fat. Other than these few things throughout the meal, the place was good. The flavours were good, it’s very affordable and we left with a lot of leftovers as the portions are good as well. Due to covid protocols the restraunt has a barrier in the front entrance area to keep people from entering the resturant just after getting through the front door so it is possible to order and pick up your food easily.
I have been at the Sitaara resturaunt a couple of times and enjoyed their food. I find the food value for the quality and quantity to be very good. I particularily enjoyed eating the lamb biriyani as it had mouth watering flavorful spicies mixed in it. The tandoori chicken, naan bread, raita and the beef curry are also good.
If you liked my review, photos or videos give them a new delhi...
