ordered online, to pick up in store. going into the store, the Indian worker with glasses started defensively saying what order, no order etc. no problem, checked again, and I didn't hit submit hence didn't go through, so did it again. knowing the mistake, informs him I placed it again and it was my error, order prints immediately and he pulls it up and shows me saying pickup up to 30min later. at this point there is literally nobody in and tells me to come back. Confused I said I'm good and sat down. asks me maybe another 2x saying come back, order is in xx time. upon asking him if he can make the order, it was met with once again, order says pick up in xx time. he subsequently goes to the back to do his own thing. upon another customer ordering and finalizing their order did he start mine. as a consumer, felt like between he wanted to make a point for some reason that online orders can be up to 30min or my personal opinion is him trying to save 1...
Read moreI’ve been going to this location for over 20 years, and both the old and new owners have always been amazing. However, the Caucasian lady who works on Sundays is extremely rude and disrespectful. The posted hours say they are open until 6 pm, but she consistently closes early. Today, I arrived at 5:42 pm and saw her turn off the grill before closing time. When I asked for two subs, she refused, saying it was “too much to make.”
What made it worse was that my 3-year-old daughter tried to say hi to her, and she completely ignored her. This isn’t the first time—it’s the second. The first time, she reluctantly made my order only because other people were present, but she was still very rude.

Person who servers has very bad attitude and does not have minimum sense how to treat and talk with customers.
I went to redeem my coupon when I entered store he was talking in phone. Later he disconnected call and preparing order. I told him that I want to redeem my coupon, he became angry and yelling at me saying because of you I disconnect call, you have to tell before preparing the order that I have coupon and so on.
I don’t remember his name otherwise I would have mentioned here.
This was very bad experience and as a result I will stop taking food from Mr. Sub.
