I ordered 22 Panzerotti's with pops and 20 Bocci bits for my team of 22 employees, on Aug 30, 8:44AM. From the Woodbine/16th Ave. location in Richmond Hill. The delivery was for Aug 31, 11:30AM. I gave them the grace period of waiting until 12PM before calling to find out what is happening. I get a couple of messages that the driver cannot find my location; we've ordered from this location in the past multiple times. I give them at call around 12PM, and am on hold waiting for a rep for 20mins. The first rep takes my number down and says "oh thats a catering order, let me transfer you to catering" Wait another 20 mins. I explain to the catering rep what is going on, and at this point the order is 1 hour late. Rep makes me wait another 5 mins calling the branch, at this point I asked to speak with his manager. 5 mins later, he says he spoke with the manager - ....I said I MYSELF wanted to speak with the manager. wait another 20 mins on the que to speak with a manager. At this point on my call log I'm at 50 mins on the phone with Pizza Pizza and my order STILL has not shown up. The manager offers me a discount, credit to the manager it was a reasonable discount. But at this point, my order has STILL not shown up and it is 1.5 hrs past the delivery time. So, my order is a catering order. CATERING. ordered A FULL DAY IN ADVANCE. If one is planning on ordering CATERING, that means there is a TIMELINE to keep. In this case, I ordered for 11:30AM so that my employees would have the chance to sit down and eat their meal. But as of right now, still nothing has shown up, and my employees (most of which are delivery drivers) have already had to go back out on their jobs with NO FOOD. If they ever did end up showing up, my employees would end up having to eat cold Panzo's at 4PM. Pizza Pizza offered to send us fresh ones. Fresh ones that would probably take them another hour to make, and who knows maybe another 1.5-2+ hrs for their driver to show up IF they show up. Their location is 15 mins away, there is absolutely NO REASON it should take longer than 45 mins (I think that's being generous) to reach my location. It is not in a heavy traffic area, it is not in a tall office building, it's not a rural location . Very easy to access, it's one of the first things that pop up on Google Maps when you search it, we have signage everywhere. The driver says he can't find the location. My office faces the front of the building, and I have cameras around the sides and back. There was NO DRIVER EVER that tried the back door OR the front door (which is where it was requested to come through so I could pay for it). Which tells me either their driver is extremely incompetent (at this day in age.........PLUS you're a DELIVERY DRIVER. BE prepared FOR THE JOB), or they're lying to me and they never made the order in the first place. If this was a same-day or last minute order for this size of an order, okay I understand that may take time. BUT THIS WAS ORDERED 24+hrs ahead of the delivery time(IN ADDITION, AS STATED, WE'VE ORDERED MULTIPLE TIMES FROM THIS LOCATION FOR DELIVERY). People who make catering orders ARE WORKING WITH A PLAN. Now I have 22 very hungry employees including myself, and Pizza Pizza has nothing to show for. A DISCOUNT isn't going to solve the fact that my employees haven't eaten lunch and will continue their long day with no lunch. Pizza Pizza , please tell me why I would ever order from you again. No future credit offered to keep my business, and I have completely lost my trust in your services. All I wanted to do, was to treat my team to a nice lunch, take care of my employees. As you can see, by the end of the call I was on the phone with Pizza Pizza for a total of 1hr 4mins. With the end result of, it's currently 1:43PM and I've still not seen a driver. The phone call finished at 1:08PM. If it's true that they sent the driver back to the branch, and they were going to send him back out....it does not take 35 mins from their location to mine...more lies to...

The washrooms were locked so with a smile, I respectfully asked the woman at the counter if I could please use the washroom. She said āYou have to buy some food firstā. Now I understand the concept that some restaurants have the policy that only allow customers to use the washrooms and I was ok with that. I informed the woman that I am a regular customer and that I will be buying some food, However, I just really needed to use the washroom before eating. She demanded that I buy food first and than she lied to me saying someone is already in the washroom. I called her out on her lie when I responded, no there isnāt anyone in the washroom as I knocked and no one answered, plus you can clearly see that the light is off as it is not being used. She persisted with the lie and denied me access to use the washroom.
Iām kind of glad that this happened as Pizza is just so bad for you with all the carbs, sodium and trans fat lol.
I think Iāll respect my health and go get a salad to minimize my chances of a heart attack one day. š„š

The quality of the pizza was subpar, to say the least. It tasted terrible, leaving me extremely dissatisfied. To make matters worse, I even found a hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of hygiene and attention to detail is truly disheartening.
Additionally, both the owner and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their behavior was disrespectful and made me feel unwelcome. It is clear that customer service is not a priority for them.
Overall, I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend this restaurant. The current owner has let the standards slip drastically, resulting in a dismal dining experience. I urge potential customers to seek alternatives that prioritize quality, hygiene, and...
