All Star Wings & Ribs — Restaurant in Markham

Just recently went to this location this afternoon...I can honestly say I am very disappointed with my overall experience here. I have been to numerous ALL STAR LOCATIONS (VAUGHAN, SAUGA, RICHMONDHILL) and I have always gone home FULL, SATISFIED and HAPPY with my choice of eating there.

As we got here (me and my boyfriend) we wanted to watch the SOCCER GAME (MADRID VS BILBAO) but they did not have the channel available. (WHAT SPORTS BAR DOESNT HAVE A SPORTS GAME AVAILABLE TO WATCH?) but anyway the manager did not even offer to change it to another soccer channel but instead we had to ASK if she could put on the TORONTO FC game. Which ALSO they didn't have the channel for. WTH? but besides the fact that we couldn't watch the game we wanted to watch, we already ordered and were both hungry.

We ordered:

2 pounds of wings (HOT PICKLE & MY RANCH IS ON FIRE) Definitely not the usual size of ANY WINGS i have ever seen. More like your eating the bread crumbs wrapped around the small amount of chicken on the wings. IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. SMALL, DRY AND BARLY ANY FLAVOURS/SAUCES ON THE WINGS.

greek fries: the fries were good although they messed up the order. we also wanted another round of brew city battered fries with a side of gravy but instead the waitress thought we wanted our greek fries brew battered with a side of gravy. She offered to get it for us but we declined. Over all the fries were good.

I expressed to the MANAGER that the our overall experience at this location was very disappointing by pointing out to her why. Her response to the wings being small was that they come in "fresh" every day and that they can not predict the size but you still get a pound. More like I ate a pound of breaded skin on a tiny wing that made up a pound. I understand you can't predict the size of a chicken wing but getting 14 wings which made up a pound that are tiny does not compare to eating 8 or 9 wings that make up a pound that are bigger. The manager did not apologize for this experience or try to even make the situation better. EVEN THE WAITRESS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THE WINGS ARE SMALL AND THAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SMALL WINGS.

I definitely have never seen the wings this small at any other ALL STAR location and would definitely NEVER return to this location. I don't think anyone should either unless you wanna just throw your money away. We left the place still hungry and very...

I had dinner at this restaurant in the evening of Jul 13, 2022 (around 6pm) and that was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The white girl waitress we had is the most horrible waitress I’ve ever met in my life. We wanted to order 3 pounds of wings, and we have choices of ordering a triple which is 3 pounds in 1 order with 1 flavor or three singles which is 1 pounds 1 flavor in 3 orders. The singles are much more expensive than triple. So we decided to order a triple (3 pounds) and add $2.75 X 2 to split it into 3 flavors. However, the white girl said we have to get everything either breaded or non-breaded and can’t split that. Since we want Cajun breaded and honey garlic & the third flavor non-breaded, so we end up ordering 1 single Cajun breaded and a double split into two flavors and non-breaded. When we got our food, it’s literally everything breaded. I asked the white girl about it and she was so rude and insisted to say that the double is non-breaded… and she also said the Cajun is non-breaded… ok let’s stop here, if it’s like what she said, then we end up getting a triple since everything is non-breaded according to her. So that way we should get charged as T ripple’s price instead of 1 single + 1 double which will be more expensive than a triple. But I am 500% sure everything is breaded…. That girl kept using her fingers pointing and touching our wings and kept arguing with me that she was right…. Even if she was right, the order was also wrong and she didn’t apologize or redo our orders at all. And she end up charging us as 1 single + 1 double which is much more expensive than 1 triple… and she was super rude at the entire time. I have to say food was really good, but horrible waitress and horrible service. If the owner see this review, please consider if you really want somebody like this working at...

A couple of days ago I dined here because I was craving chicken wings. Juliana was a great server. She was the only one working that night but she was able to service everyone with a smile, and in a timely fashion. I ordered the “Hail Ceaser” (Gar Par) chicken wings, fries, and a “Shark Attack” drink as she mentioned there were a lot of drinks that couldn’t be made due to a lack of ingredients. I asked for blue cheese on the side with my wings. When I got my order (drink first) it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t exactly what was pictured (will post picture as well). The wings and fries came and the fries were not at all what I expected. The fries in the pictures on the menu were like the ones from St. Louis Bar and Grill. The ones that I got seemed to be stale and forgotten about, and were regular straight cut fries. They weren’t crispy as I expected them to be. The wings came out and the blue cheese I was given, was a translucent yellow with little white flecks of something inside of it.. I’ve ordered blue cheese with my wings at many different establishments (including all star wings) and it’s never been translucent, or yellow..the food smelled as if it were fried in fish oil so the oil may have been very old but against my better judgment and because I don’t like sending things back to the kitchen, and given the fact that I was hungry, I decided to eat it. I definitely shouldn’t have done that because without saying too much more, I couldn’t leave my house...
