If you want some authentic indonesian comfort food this catering will DEFINITELY hit the spot.

The owner's name is Chris. He's indonesian and he uses family recipes that have been passed down through many generations to him.

You can order a la carte off his menu on instagram or order off the affiliate link. He also does family/party trays/bundles so if you have a rough budget per head in mind you can also tell him.

I gave him a rough budget and my dude hooked it up! He throws in a lot of extra goodies and doesn't nickel and dime for everything.

You can tell that he is truly passionate about this small business.

Best of all, the food is absolutely delicious! He came through and provided a catering spread for me for Super Bowl sunday.

We recently had a catering order from Basil King for our work holiday party of 34 people. Chris was great to work with, super responsive and flexible. He created a menu that would fit within our strict budget and work with various dietary restrictions. Our feast included: 2 kinds of salad, chicken satay skewers, grilled chicken, beef rendang, mie goreng and 2 kinds of rice.

Tried the holiday set menu for home delivery from The Basil King and everything was fantastic. The chicken satay skewers came with a flavourful peanut sauce. The yellow rice was fragrant and delicious. The beef rendang was as good and authentic as the beef rendang we had in Sumatra, Indonesia.
