The blonde-haired lady (she did not have a name plate) manning the cashier at 12PM on Sep 11th had difficulty accommodating our requests.
My husband ordered a pumpkin spice iced coffee/latte (which we've already ordered previously at the same branch), but she said it's not possible but only iced capp. So instead he ordered the pumpkin spice iced capp.
The cashier later informed us that the iced capp is not currently available and we'll need to wait 5mins, she offered to give us a large iced coffee instead as replacement. We asked for a refund and requested to reorder a regular medium iced coffee instead. For some reason, she and her female colleague/manager Mandeep(?) were trying to keep the original order instead of simply refunding us and accommodating our request.
Anyway, they eventually refunded us and we got our new order. But they didn't seem too happy about it.
At around 1:30PM, we went back to Tims after doing some errands. The same cashier was there, but the look on her face upon seeing us was indescribable. She gave me an irritated look which was very unpleasant. And she wasn't friendly at all while taking my order.
I've been to this branch a few times before and it's my first time seeing her. It's unfortunate that a staff acts that way to customers. It makes me want to avoid this...
Read moreI visited this Tim Hortons on Jan. 16th, 2025, with my mother. The ladies' washroom was not very clean or tidy. While my mom was in there, I asked someone politely to wipe the table I found vacant for us to eat at. I again asked that same individual, politely, to wipe the table before ordering. After ordering, I got my mother seated at the dirty table along with our coffees and part of the order. I told my mother to be careful not to get whatever was on the table, on her or her clothes as she is almost blind. I then went to get the rest of our order and asked the same individual to wipe the table. I was not rude any of the times I asked, and this person had time to chat with another co-worker when not taking orders. Each time, this person would look at the others who were behind the counter and said, " she wants the table wiped." I was fuming by this time, but stayed calm and grabbed a handful of napkins to wipe the table as best as I could. My mother, in the meantime, managed to get some of the food? coffee? or whatever it was on herself. She had a snotty kleenex out wiping the table.
It frustrates me so much to see the lack of ethics in our younger generations. You are getting paid to do a job, and you should go above and beyond the expectations of your employer and your...

I live around this area and each time i come in they screw up my order, even after repeating the order back to me....Ummm okay,
Ladies there are extremely rude, screw up my order and give ME attitude, spoke with a manager and even SHE was rude... i guess Tim Hortons hire just anyone, even people with NO customer service. A few times I'm there they told me to hurry up and rolled their eyes, when I'm counting change to pay..wtf..I look back and theres NO ONE in line , then why the hell are you rushing ma'am??? this is a constant behaviour with these workers.
Okay fine screw up my order , but the quantity of ingredients they stuff their wraps is bullcrap. Is this Tim Hortons running out of business and saving on food cost?? Why does the fillings start in the middle of the pita...all other tim hortons stuff their wraps all the way up.
Gave them multiple chances and I'm done. Disgusting attitude from these people. My fault for coming into this place this many times. Rather drive 10 mins out of my way to hit up a starbucks and pay double for their food, drinks, and better customer service then drive 2 mins from my home to this Tim Hortons to get greeted with rude ass people.
