Dear sir,
I am writing to you to report a very serious customer service behavior at the above store. I am a regular customer to this store for the past 15 years or so. The new Franchise that has taken over the store, needs to be trained properly on how to do better customer service. On May 13, I placed an order with 2 pizza. One vegie and one cheese pizza. When we brought the pizzas the vegie pizza was horribly done so we called customer service to get it replaced. When my wife went to pick up the replacement pizza, the people running the place was upset on why we complained. I did not make anything anything and moved on. Today around 9 pm or so I placed an order (2 xtra large pizza and 2 medium vegie pizza). The medium pizza were both burned and the cheese pizza were under cooked. The shocking part was that when my wife went to pick the pizza, the store had the nerve to tell her that she cannot place an order in this store anymore and she should start placing the order to pizza pizza store in Kennedy and 14th ave and we are not welcome to this store anymore.
This is shocking and never heard of it. I personally have to desire to go to this store anymore anyways cause they are taking our complaint personally and I do not want this to become a personal fight and for sure these people running your store have the capability to do what they wish.
I need someone from pizza pizza to call me and refund my entire amount and give me an explanation on why we were treated this way by this franchise.

If I do not hear from someone, I will forward my email to Pizza Pizza CEO. Your customer service (Carloyn) who I called was no help either and she refused to escalate this to either one of you.

Read moreMy recent visit to this location was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same. From the very beginning, the staff, especially the individual at the front counter, displayed incredibly rude behavior. It was evident that they had no interest in their job, which they unfortunately made very clear to customers through their unprofessional attitude.
The quality of the food was far from satisfactory. I had high hopes, but the pizza I received was below standard—hardly meeting even basic expectations. However, the food wasn’t the only issue; the service made the entire experience worse.
When I placed my order, the staff member rudely claimed he couldn’t hear me, instead of politely asking me to repeat myself. His tone and demeanor made me feel unwelcome, as if my presence was a bother. Then, when my pizza was ready, he didn’t even have the courtesy to call my name or inform me. Instead, he simply gestured with his hand, signaling me to come and take it. This was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful.
To make matters worse, he charged me more money than expected, and when I pointed it out, he handed me the change with an incredibly rude attitude.
It felt as though they didn’t care about their customers or the effort it takes to create a positive dining experience. This level of service was shockingly poor, and it is something I have never encountered before in my life.
Overall, my experience at this location was terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone. If the staff cannot maintain a basic level of respect and professionalism, it’s hard to imagine how they expect customers to return. Read moreI ordered the pizza for my whole office staff as usual from the branch #54, location on 4 Main Street and on the cross of Main Street and highway 7. Since this is the closest branch to our work place. We ordered 2 medium size with 4 toppings and 6 pops. We made the bbq sauce*4 all the time, and no problem at all. Before the bbq sauce on top always a few lines, and it’s just ok amount. After I finished order online, I got a phone call from the pizza pizza shop. The guy over the phone did not talk with me in English in the beginning, after I confirmed with him and he spoke English then. He asked me why I put so many sauce on top and it would be too salty. I told him we always ordered in that way and no problem, and he confirmed with me to process the way as I ordered. After 30mins when my coworker who never took the delivery before went to pick up the pizza, the guy over there opened the box and confronted my coworker, said it was just the thing you want, it was too much seasoning. After my coworker brought the pizza back, we found that the bbq sauce was all over the toppings, not just a few lines as before. So for sure it was too salty. And even worse than that, i asked for the chili pepper topping only on half, but actually we got on the whole pizza. As a result, none of us enjoyed the lunch today. When I check the receipt to find the customer service number, I even found that the order detail was wrong. Obviously it was another customer's receipt. From pizza pizza I always got standard pizza and standard quality, the guy in this branch made me feel so upset and I just thought he did this on malicious purpose.
