I visited this Starbucks location on August 12th, 2020 at approx 12:15pm. There were three employee's that were working and one specific female employee was rude and complaining about how she hated her job and hates working at Starbucks in front of all the customers present. I ordered an Iced Latte and they gave me a hot one. I informed the female employee that I ordered my drink iced. She rudely told me to order my drink right next time and complained that they now have to remake my drink. While the other male barista remade my drink, the female barista loudly complained to him how she hates working there and doesn't want to work there anymore. I understand if you don't like your job, but complaining in front of a store full of customers is extremely poor customer service. I am a frequent Starbucks customer and I have never experienced such poor customer service. This barista was very rude and has a major attitude problem.
Secondly, there were 2 customers in the store that were not wearing masks. They had their masks hanging on their wrists. These 2 customers were even talking to the employees and none of the employees or staff enforced the mandatory mask bylaw.

I used to go there every day around two summers ago while working nearby, and the service has always been exceptional. The employees are incredibly sweet and friendly; they remembered my drink order every time, which made each visit feel special.
On April 1, 2025, I found myself in the area and decided to stop by to redeem my points. I opted to try the Dubai Chocolate Drink, which is a delightful combination of a venti iced matcha latte, three pumps of pistachio sauce, and chocolate cream cold foam. The best part? I got it for free with my points! The drink was really good regardless, and you could really taste the pistachio, adding a unique twist to the matcha.
Overall, my experience was fantastic! The welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the delicious drinks and attentive staff, made my visit memorable. I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone looking for a great coffee experience. Five stars...

I'm not sure what happened but no flavour in both our drinks and tasted like warm frothy milk and these are premium drinks! Couldn't even rate the service on the app. The Barista couldn't confirm my order when it was waiting at the pick up spot (was 3 customers so not busy either and close to closing time) and told me to look under the sleeve. I am so used to following covid protocols at the other locations so I just took it anyways and felt disappointed afterwards with the whole experience.
