There is a fundamental problem in this particular location due to the design of the store front. The cashier is located on the right side, there is this tiny access all the way to the left side for the staff to deliver the food from the kitchen, the middle is a big solid wall. If the staff is inside the kitchen for wherever reason, there is no way you can make contact to the staff. I was sitting in front of the restaurant and witness customer after customer trying to peak into the kitchen trying to get someone to help them. It is also so inconvenient for the staff to work here as I see them need to walk 12 steps to get what they need for the customers and 12 steps back to where they need to be (yes, I counted them). It can take up to 30 steps if they first need walk closer to the customers to talk to them, then go to the other end to get it, then bring it back the customer, then go back to where they started.
I ordered a supreme fries and they forgot to get me utensils, so I had to wait for them to come back out, while 4 others frustrated customers are also waiting for the staff.
I was sitting here for another 30 mins, and have seen so many frustrated customers due to this bad store front design. They almost need to have an additional staff to cover this logistics issue. Redesign the...
Read moreDisappointed in how this location is not in sync with the official Taco Bell app.
Promo items ordered on the app don't appear on the restaurant's system, and employees are instructed not to honour requests for these items unless they appear in their computer system. It's a cheap little $1 add-on for a $25 order - management could give staff a little leeway here, especially since it's apparently a known issue.
Further, their system forces the kitchen to wait 15 minutes before they are allowed to prepare the food, as the app's "order now" function apparently sets a pickup time for 15 minutes in the future - even though I showed up 5 minutes after I placed the mobile order. Customers ordering in person 8 minutes after I was there waiting for the order got their food faster. I know it's not the location's fault that the app sets a pickup time for 15 minutes in the future, but they could easily allow the kitchen to work on the order when the customer who placed the online order has shown...
Read moreMy wife and I visited the mall to get some lunch at Taco Bell , when I went to ask if they were open and was told not till 10:30(it was 10:20) the girl working there told myself and my wife who is disabled and in wheel chair we had to wait. Two minutes later another customer came and asked the same question but her order was taken no problem. When I asked the staff member why was my wife and I told we had to wait but you took the next customers order no problem, she began to laugh at us. I told her was felt like this was extremely unfair and racist as the other customer was speaking her language and we are Caucasian. When I asked her and the customer just laughed at us. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN, RACIST AND HORRIBLE...
