I think they are getting a bit greedy. Every other month, their regular chili chicken dishes go up by $1. Now it's up to $14.75. Come on, this is just a take-out place, and I don't think the regular chili chicken is worth $14.75. I'd rather go to Frederick's; at least they have a bigger portion of the chili chicken and better tastes. I won't return.

You are consistently raising your menu prices under the guise of inflation. The price of $14.75 is inclusive of tax. It's good that you corrected my mistake; it's actually $14.95. You're absolutely right. Frederick will be my go-to Hakka restaurant. At least they don't act like you so greedy constantly raising prices.

No one is attacking you. This is a review platform for people to voice their comments about your business. If you can only accept positive reviews and not negative ones, then you should not be in the restaurant business. I am here to tell the truth. You should be really ashamed of yourself for lying and being so dishonest and greedy as a small business owner. Especially for daring to lie here that you only raised your menu prices once after 1.5 years. God is my witness, and Google reviews should have all the menu price evidence. Too bad I didn't keep all your menus; otherwise, I would post them as proof here.

A few days ago I placed a larger order for my family. I have ordered from this place several times over a 2 year span with no issues. However, this time one of the dishes was total fail. Fish was overcooked and the Haka Noodles with chicken barely had any flavour. I called several times to express my disappointment. Left a vm and got no returned a call. Yesterday I phoned a can and spoke to one of the staff abd complained. Immediately I was rebutted and told that overcook fish was impossible voiced by the manager. Also, they said they don't check voice-mail. As business providing a service it's important that customers are heard. Nothing was done there was no interest to rectify the issue to maintain a good relationship. I will not give them future business nor will refer any customers to them!!! Poor customer service and 0 respect for...

I came today for lunch around 2:00 pm. Let me just say that I was genuinely shocked when I read the price of the lunch special. It's 6.99. Yes, you heard that right.. 2010 prices. Not only is the price very affordable, the portions received were tremendous. I ordered two of lunch specials.

Last but most importantly, the food itself was very well made and had great flavors. The chili chicken was some of the best I've had in a long time and the gravy was also a generous portion.

The young lady who took my order was also very nice, and I'll be leaving a tip next time to show appreciation to this really great restaurant. I'll be getting a lot more than the lunch...
