Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Markham

Well, this Tim's location has lost my business forever after a couple of separate unpleasant drive thru experiences with unacceptable customer service practices. One - they ran out of hash browns and offered me wedges instead, sounds great but they wanted to charge me the full price of the wedges! Two - I ordered an extra hash brown in addition to my breakfast meal and when I got the order it was missing. I brought this to their attention only to be met with condescendingly being told that I did not order it when I certainly did and THEY missed it. In addition, I believe they punched in my order incorrectly since on the receipt when you add up the costs listed it comes up to more than the listed breakfast combo price. Unacceptable and quite ridiculous to be honest. You're lucky you have the crutch of being a Tim's where people will come to buy your coffee and products regardless of your horrible customer service practices. You don't deserve to be...

used to be a good place a few years ago. now the bagels, donuts, all bake goods are so TINY! what is going on for this location. I went there in a lazy afternoon, only one customer ahead of me ordering food, and no one was willing to take my order. The cashier saw me waiting but still went ahead to mop the floor without saying anything. for both reasons I left and did not order.

a couple months ago I came here for the morning breakfast, simple order just regular home biscuit breakfast and a coffee, mobile order ahead. I got there I saw a long line, and even the guy went in the same time as me got his wrap and breakfast before my mobile order. imagine how long I waited. There were a lot of staff in the morning but very not efficient! Some staff just stood there watching. I was asked 3 times if I ordered anything while I stood under the mobile pick up sign and I told them the order #

not coming back until...

Service at the front counter was unacceptable, arrived a little after 5pm 01/18/18, I was the only one at the counter.. I placed my order for a grilled cheese bacon sandwich, coffee and donut... during the 5min of waiting a couple of employees asked if I was taken care of.. said I was.. then realized the girl haven't even started my sandwich.. like I said there was no one at the counter or the drive thru... her excuse was she didn't see me there.. what does that mean? she didn't have to see me there since the cashier placed the order with her... told her I wanted my money back and then went to the Tim Horton's down the road (Markham and Major Mack) and received my order in no time at all.. Fair to say that I will not visit that restaurant again.. so...
