Wild Wing — Restaurant in Markham

WORST EXPERIENCE !!! This wild wings management and team lacks customer service & customer care.THEY DO NOT understand your needs, which is a simple order of wings. NO communication with the kitchen. Any Issues with order the team or kitchen doesn’t know what happened. This wild wings was the worst experience, poor service and poor attitude towards customers. I would never go back.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I was speaking with the manager 10min before i showed up on the phone. They told me she had left for the night and handed me my new wings WITHOUT apologizing for anything nor checking my new order and showing me everything is now correct and we apologize. No recognition and customer at all. They told me the seasoning should be at the bottom of the styrofoam and we had to toss the wings ourselves for the seasoning to be on the wings... When discussing the order with their kitchen clerk in front of me they both had no recognition of my order..POOR communication with kitchen and they are making your food!!!! When i wanted refund they told me call my bank for my refund they refused to take any part. They told me i had to take new food or leave. In the whole process of refunding which took 45min the manager kept yelling I can never come back repeatedly as she finally handed me refund. Was not understanding at all POOR communication by this WILD WINGS team and...

Absolutely inconsistent service and the last time I went it was truly abysmal. We specifically wanted just 3 pound wings, no fries or onion rings but the server asked us if we wanted some anyway, and we still said no. He continued to explain that they came with our wings (which they didn't, they only come with 2 pound) and we even asked a third time if he was absolutely sure they came with the 3 pound wings, to which he said yes.

Lo and behold, when the bill came, he charged us for the onion rings. We tried to contest it, which OF COURSE, he said "they don't come with the 3 pound wings" we know, that's why we asked 3 times. He gave us so much trouble for an error he made it was absolutely mind blowing. Not coming here ever again and I do not recommend others coming here either.

Sure you might luck out and get a decent server, but you might as well just save your money and go to the Markham road location instead, much better. Do not ever come to the Major Mack location, there is a reason why it's empty 90%...

Date/Time of visit: November 2 approximately 3pm. There was ample seating available and we were the only patrons there. The waitress greeted us and let us choose where to sit, she was very friendly upon entry. The onion rings were great not overly greasy or coated in too much batter. The Yukon Chippers were ok...nice crunch, but it doesn't come with any sauce it only comes with dry seasoning. It would have been nice with maybe a sour cream and chive? The wings were sub par in my opinion. The Dry Garlic wings were not very good, neither was the wet jerk wings which tasted like bottle of north american jerk marinade dumped ontop of the wings just to give it flavor. The Men's bathroom was not the cleanest, papers on the floor, dirty light switch and it seemed very small. Also appears to be running very low on soap from the dispenser.
