Before you read what I have to say, I need to make something perfectly clear: I'm by no means a germophobe. In fact I'm probably the furthest thing from it. That being said, there's something about this particular location that I must share. The card swipe terminal at the drive through window is absolutely the most disgusting thing I've ever encountered in my life! It's literally caked with crud and dead skin and NEVER gets cleaned. I've had to go to the drive through a few times over the last few months, having left late and needing a quick breakfast. Over that time, I've been handed the same swipe terminal, with the same bits of hardened on food and stains and the same crusty buildup of dead skin in the grooves and crevices. From the first time I saw it, and every time I had to use it, I VERY POLITELY pointed out that it needs a good cleaning. It's never been done, even though the employee at the window acknowledged me when I pointed it out. I won't...

Tim Hortons is now serving cold steeped tea. Well, at least my order was. How is this even possible? This location has bigger issues than I originally thought.
I've been attending this location for the better part of a year. I started doing so because the nearby location that I frequented previously for years got my order incorrect at least 75% of the time no matter how it was placed -through the app, directly to a team member inside the restaurant or through the drive-thru speaker.
My experience with this location has been mostly positive - drinks and food made correctly.
Today was an exception. Milk and cream are NOT the same thing. I placed today's order via the mobile app and still, despite my request for milk being spelled out in the mobile order with the order history to confirm it, I was given cream and tons of it. As a result, I had to throw out my beverage. Do better with order...
Read moreI visited Tim Hortons on March 13th at 8:22 PM and had a disappointing experience. I ordered two steep teas Large(3 milk, 3 sugar) and one medium steep tea (3 cream, 3 sweetener). The employee didn’t seem to know that steep tea is eligible for the Roll Up the Rim reward, which reflects poor training. On top of that, despite waiting at the counter, my order was delayed because the staff prioritized drive-thru customers over in-store service, showing a lack of regard for walk-in customers. To make things worse, the two steep teas I received were not fresh and were cold seriously, I waited that long just to be served cold tea. The indifferent attitude of the staff made the experience even more frustrating. I hope this issue is addressed to improve service quality at...
