Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I’ve gone to this location no more than a handful of times, and every single time, they have messed something up in my order. I am unsure on whether the employees at this location are illiterate or incompetent. First of all, they take an obscene amount of time to take your order at the drive thru. They’ll either constantly rush you to order or you’ll be sitting there for a couple of minutes before anyone speaks up at the machine. I’ve asked for my bagel to be toasted twice and cut in half every-time I order; yet every-time I order, my bagel is barely toasted and never cut in half. That is what prompted this review. An order I placed today at this location, specifically asking for my bagels to be double toasted and cut in half, were ignored, and once again, my bagel was not only toasted as if the toaster setting was on the lowest heat but it had not even been cut. They somehow managed to mess up the coffee I ordered as well; giving me a regular instead of a double double like I had asked, and to top it all off, having ordered two bagels and two drinks, they did not provide any napkins. I’m not usually too big on napkins n straws and more of the trivial things, but when my order has been consistently messed up so many times, even the small things start to stand out. I recommended driving an extra minute or two to a different location. They do not deserve your business here. Personally, I will never be back, this location is the most convenient for me but I will go out of my way to go somewhere else and I suggest everyone else to do the same. Having read previous reviews, I don’t expect this location to get any better; I just want the owner, manager and the incompetent staff to know how terrible of a job they are doing. If I could give less than 1...
Read moreI visited this location on September 24th at 7:36 PM and ordered an Everything Bagel (triple toasted) with a steeped tea (2 milk, 2 sugar). While my tea was prepared well, the bagel was very disappointing.
As someone who has also worked at Tim Hortons before, I know exactly how a double or triple toasted bagel should look. What I received was barely toasted, nowhere close to a “triple toast.” I even called the store the same day to let them know, but the response I got was that “it will burn if we toast it that much.” I understand a triple toast will naturally be darker, almost black at times — but the bagel I received wasn’t even close to double toasted.
I’m not looking for a replacement bagel or tea. My concern is about consistency and quality. If a customer requests something, especially a simple customization like extra toasting, it should be done correctly. Please use this as feedback to improve training and preparation standards so other customers don’t face...
Read moreDriving through this place is like a breath of fresh air—if that air were infused with pure joy and a hint of coffee! The amazing ladies behind the counter are always so happy, smiley, and friendly that I half-expect them to break into song. Seriously, they’re like the Avengers of customer service, tackling the chaos of a busy restaurant with grace and speed.
I swing by on my way to the office and, despite the hustle and bustle, they always greet me like I’m the VIP of the day. Forget other locations; this crew is the real deal! I’ve never seen such a delightful bunch of beautiful ladies making my mornings brighter.
Huge shoutout to you all for making my coffee runs a highlight of my day. I know firsthand how challenging it is to keep things running smoothly in a busy restaurant, so keep up the great work. You’ve earned my loyalty—and my caffeine...
