I usually have a good experience at this restaurant with the exception of today. I went in to buy some donuts and there was this woman with glasses who served me who constantly coughed, and coughed violently. She never stopped coughing and served me my donuts. IF she was coughing and she knew she was sick or had a sore throat or something that caused her to cough then she should have worn a damn mask. This wasn’t a cough where there was something stuck in her throat or liquid went down the wrong pipe or she was clearing her throat, she was clearly sick. There were 6 people in front of me and she kept coughing and coughing and coughing into her hands and because of it i immediately threw my donuts in the trash. A waste of food and a waste of money. I should have walked away but I didn’t think I was going to get her and when I did I should have changed my mind but I thought maybe she wouldn’t cough over my food and she did. Read moreI can overlook the odd things at this location, like the way the lineup funnels. But it's really hard to not be disappointed in the appalling customer service. 3 employees laughing and chit-chatting as if they were on holidays...and honestly, it's great they're laughing at work. However, it should not be at the expense of the customer experience. They were extremely rude to the lady 2-spots in front of me, chiding her for lining up on the wrong side. After serving her, they waited until they were done their conversation before asking the dude in front of me what he wanted to order. Then, same for me - my order wasn't taken until it was convenient for them in their conversation. It's not like she was busy putting on a pot of coffee on or restocking cups. Nope, just chatting and laughing away to her coworkers. To make matters worse, they got my order wrong.
Never had an issue with the morning staff. But the experience with the afternoon staff left me never wanting to return to this location. Now to find a new place to get coffee in...

I am a regular customer here, so mostly I know everyone, I have seen them many times that they both are bitching about there team member or using there phone or talking over the phone, they dont even use the hair net when they are working at the back. My question, Rule only for Team members?, and also most of the time I have seen them talking rudely with their team Members.
