Guac Mexi Grill Martensville — Restaurant in Martensville

What happened to this place?! I have been a regular customer since their opening. It was great at first but our last two visits have been horrible. Short of staff with over 15 minutes wait time to be served even with only a couple people ahead of us. Extremely stingy on basic ingredients (maybe a teaspoon of ground beef on my boys burrito and very little chicken on my burrito. (They were scraping the container as they were out) as well as out of toppings like cilantro and corn. The final straw was the worker throwing some pieces and crumbs of cookie into a bag as they seemed to be out of those as well then stating that they didn't have any juice boxes to go with the kids meal, still full price. Won't be back. Too bad seeing as I only need 1 more stamp to fill up yet another loyalty...

Was excited to try this restaurant for the first time as they advertised many gluten free options. Went in and tried to order the quesadilla GF and neither staff admittedly knew how to make one stating "they'd never made it before". A 3rd staff member came in and said they don't have one but I told them it advertises a GF quesadilla right on their menu. The staff were friendly and I could tell they were trying their best, however I think the problem lies in the management and training. We watched another staff member attempt to take an order and have to ask many questions, including how to roll a burrito.... I think better training and management/staffing would have made a...

A more expensive rip off of Mucho Burrito. Poor quality ingredients, poor quality staff, and poor caretaking of the location.

Ordered a large shrimp burrito. Shrimp tasted old despite being cooked right in front of me. They must have been sitting in the fridge for days... Got upcharged for guac... Literally the name of the restaurant and they up charge for it on their most expensive product?

Drink fountain was out of several beverages. Maybe mention you don't have certain syrups before selling the drink? Or have drinks in stock?

Bathroom was very poorly maintained as well and they only had 1/2 unlocked for...
