Quality of pizza has gone downhill. They’re getting super cheap with their toppings and sauce. Not happy at all I ordered their “special” medium pizza. It says ANY 12” 2-topping pizza. So I ordered honey garlic chicken, ask them to hold the peppers. That makes it at two topping pizza which the man said was perfectly fine. Then they hit me for an extra two dollars because of the honey garlic sauce! Are you serious? It says ANY 12” pizza!” It does not say, excluding the honey garlic chicken, or that there is an extra charge For the sauce. So is the regular pizza sauce that they use worth nothing? Now I have to pay for the sauce? If this is the case, there is an extra charge With a honey garlic sauce. It doesn’t. These people are crooked. Not only that when I got the pizza it was super late and when I got home, there was so little chicken on it compared with what I used to get there was maybe 1/3, four of the pieces of pizza had literally two small little pieces of chicken scattered. That’s it! As for the sauce… You couldn’t even even taste it like you used used to it used to be a nice pizza with lots of sauce. This was so sparse you couldn’t even hardly taste the sauce. it was basically a crust that looked like it was scraped off and a few sprinkles of chicken and a little bit of pineapple. This is an absolute joke. These people that offer specials and then they lessen the portion should not be allowed to do this. A special is only a special when you quit playing around with lessening the portions for the sale price. In case you were buying a lesser product for a lesser price. It’s no special. We ordered an XL Sweet and Spicey plus an XL Chicken Deluxe via the website. In the special instructions we asked that they be pie cut. We ended up with 2 medium (they ran out of XL crusts) chicken deluxe that were pie cut and 1 XL over cooked square cut some other pizza that is similar to the one we ordered but NOT the one we ordered. I called them twice and while they were apologetic they offered no satisfactory option to fix the problem. Yes, they offered to make us a new pizza but they would not deliver it as we live too far away. So then they offered us 10% off, then 15% off our next order which would not compensate for an inedible XL pizza we paid good money for or the gas we already used to go get it, never mind the gas we'd use to go back to pick up the replacement pizza. When I explained that these options were not satisfactory, the employee on the line became quite rude and standoffish. We've ordered from the Saskatoon locations twice and had excellent food and service. We will not order from the Martensville location again. The service was poor & the...

Pizza itself was pretty good, but I found it very expensive for what you get. This is by no means a lower end pizza place, you can tell that the ingredients they use here are very high. A nice change to the typical pizza places around here, but too expensive to buy regularly.

I dropped some stars because the service we recieved on our last visit wasn't great. We booked online with a specific pick up time of mid afternoon (ie not during a busy time).
