I would definitely give them less than ZERO. I went on Saturday Oct. 23rd at aprox 2:40 I ordered a small. French vanilla coffee and a breakfast wrap ( bacon and no hot sauce just mayo) easy enough. Got my coffee and the girl at the takeout window looked impatiently at the cook...finally went over to talk to her about hurrying (all of which I can clearly see from my raised position in a van). The cook had just paper wrapped my wrap but dropped it on the floor! She bent over infant of the takeout server...repositioned the wrapper and slammed into the wrap boxes that they use. She handed it off to the window server who placed it in my hand "like nothing was amiss!" I said..." so is this the breakfast wrap that I just saw dropped on the kitchen floor?" She shrugged her shoulders and went off to talk with the clumsy cook...strolled back (with no apologies) and said "we could make you a new one). I left! No offer to return my money or to speak with the manager, nothing! I went to the parking lot dumbfounded! I tried 3xs to call their office to speak with a manager...no one would answer! I tried 8 xs that day and no one answered. Today (Sunday) I called after lunch and asked to speak to a manager...she explained that she was the acting manager. Told her what had transpired the previous day. She sounded unimpressed with the complaint. Didn't ask for my name, or no. Or offer to repay me for my order. Said I don't know why no one was answering yesterday...maybe the phone was off the hook or something. Didn't ask for any particulars of time or order or a description of who served me or which cook NOTHING! just said that she'd pass it on to the manager tomorrow. Thanks for calling. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! never again will I or anyone I know frequent your store. I live here and try to support...
Read moreWe did not have a positive experience at the Martensville Tim Hortons. We realize it was a busy Saturday morning with lots of customers and not enough staff. Kris took our order, and he was quite efficient in getting my drink and donut, but he didn't give us a receipt or an order number. Then we waited and waited and waited for our food. Customers, including us, were only given their food orders after asking if it was ready - it appears the orders had been prepared, but for whatever reason, not being given to the customers. Customers who ordered after we did received their orders before us. We stood and waited about 20 minutes, and our food was lukewarm at best - my husband's Supreme Stack was actually cold. We were taking our food to go, but are regretting that we didn't ask for our money to be refunded so we could go...
Read moreStopped in to get a Hazlenut Cold Brew before starting a night shift and the service and presentation and the whole atmosphere was absolutely amazing. Stunning presentation of the coffee was so detailed and looking at the cold brew topped over ice and then drizzled Espresso Foam. The staff were under 18 and worked so well together and I give them all the credit of how they all worked together, Very welcoming and kind and professional and also take pride in their work. Also Hannah and Kyle are Baristas in training and wish them the Best on the service industry experience. . Shout out to Hannah Kyle Christian and Liam. GREAT TEAM WORK I recommend taking the time to walk in to the store...it's definitely worth taking the few extra minutes to see how clean and organized...
