Tried to order a pizza by phone recently. Calls go to a call centre and they patch you through to the location of your choice. First call I received a message stating this number is no longer in service, second attempt, same thing. Third attempt I asked to speak to a manager at the call centre (they don't have one). Explained the inactive phone number and she gave me another number to try, same message. Called again, they had no explanation for the phones not working and told me all they knew was that the store was offline whatever that means. The location I wanted to order from is a block from my house so I drove down, walked in and the staff member was on the phone taking an order from a customer. Hmmmmmm, when I explained the situation I was told their systems were down but they were back up now. A bit strange that messages would indicate the phone numbers are no longer in service. Left me wondering based another review I saw if they take down the phones when they are really busy until they catch up?? In any case, I rated 4 stars for the food. Given the type of food that it is, I received timely and hot pizza with adequate toppings. Can't rate atmosphere since it is not a sit down restaurant. Their online ordering is broken and doesn't clearly explain what you need to do to qualify for the deals. It forced me to add $6.00 worth of toppings to a $16.99 pizza in order to get the $5 pizzas. This wasn't explained, it just didn't work when I tried to place an online order.
When I called to tell them that I couldn't place my order, the man essentially refused to understand why I thought it was crazy that ordering through him was $10 extra, that I literally could not do the online order because it wouldn't let me.
They sent me a survey in my email afterwards, but the survey doesn't even work well enough to complete it, so I wasted my time again.
Totally ridiculous, and the fact that all their employee said was, "So do you want to keep the order or cancel?" When I explained my issue is pathetic.
Clearly their management is lacking when the employees have no idea how to solve issues with the online ordering.
How do you offer a service online that's prepared by these employees, and then offer no explanation or training for those employees to help customers that have problems?
After talking to that man, I cancelled my order and ordered from the Warman Pizza Hut which was a bit better. At least the employee knew a little bit about the online ordering.

Called at 7:20 to check if they were still delivering and the staff member showed zero customer service skills . He said he thought it was on its way and hung up. A little while later my pizza arrived almost cold and the bites were the smallest I've ever seen. Pretty sure they just forgot about my order.
