To bad they won't let you award zero stars. Dunmore Road A&W oh how you’ve pissed me off. Simple usual order, never troubles at other A& W franchises. Request bacon crisp & eggs over hard with (here’s the important part) yolks not broken. Cook (who hasn’t figured out customers can hear her) says from rear “we never break them” like she’s ever so insulted. Get order and sure enough yolks smushed all through the eggs bacon floppy & half raw. I was so beyond pissed I just left, my dog got lucky though. Stopped by for a Saturday morning breakfast and the food was great. The place was very busy and the lady working the counter was polite and despite being very busy was helping the customers with a great attitude.

She seemed to know several by name and had a great rapport with them, offering to carry their trays to the tables of some of the more elderly ones. Though it should be mentioned she carried my tray as well even though I’m not that old.

Staff not helping with the food service were busy keeping the place clean...

We love the burgers from A&W. You can tell they are made with better ingredients and they taste delicious! It can sometimes take a little longer to get your food, but we don't mind because at least we don't have to cook it!
