Quite honestly, I wanted to check this place out because it was advertised as "one of the top 10 pizza joints in Alberta" on the radio. If this was one of the top ten, then there's no need for me to ever order take out pizza again. My homemade pizza is much better. $50 for a large pizza and "dry ribs" would have cost me less than $8 if I made it at home. I can replicate Calgary's Chicago Deep Dish pizza exactly and I can replicate Boston Pizza's dry ribs exactly, so I fell like I know what I'm talking about. If I was going to open a mom and pop pizzeria, and if my direct cost is $8, there's no way I would dare ty to mark up my price 600%. Because if I did, then I'd HAVE to be in the top ten. It's a little off the main path, but well worth it for the food, and for the scenic drive (I'm from MB so there's a lot that more scenic than what we have). We got a super Donair, which was pretty massive and very tasty, as well as a Sicilian Connection pizza, which has a shredded blend of meats with bacon and onions, also very good! When I picked up the pizza box was surprisingly heavy, and that's when I knew it was going to be good.

The pepperoni has a nice little spicy kick to it, the sauce Ron uses is amazing. If you are a donair lover, this is the place, I think they come in 4 different sizes and are the best in town.
