Had to edit my review. Although I had never intended to post it, somehow it came in as two stars. That would be incorrect. The faults I find to not give a 5 star review, are the following.
Food. Over the years, you can tell corporate profit has taken "flavor" out of the menu in favor of profit. Case in point - Jambalaya Fettucini used to be loaded with goodness. Now, not so much. That is overall BP rating, corporately, not just this franchise location.
Specific to the franchise, I find the servers, "hot and cold" so to speak. Simple thing - if I say thank you, I expect some form of acknowledgement in response. Some servers have been most excellent, other times, not so much. A server that was one day "cold", the next time I was served by same, was more "warm" than the previous visit.
Prices - I find overall pricing high for what I see as fair value. Again, I attribute this to the franchise model (I could be wrong).
Summary. Specific to the location itself, 4 stars. Consistent level of service that would be friendly, but not intrusive would be nice. Dismissive, not so much. Specific to matters I see as corporate/franchise driven, 3.5 stars. BP seems to be rolling a gradula downhill slide, with time.
Overall - as you see my amended rating. Somehow, I rated this location as 2 stars, inspiring the owners comment, and to leave the rating as that would NOT be fair.
Will I return to this location? Yes. I have not been put off enough to feel otherwise. I hope this clarifies my previously dismal rating I had...

Absolutely Great people with nothing but awesome service. But then... My excellent server was replaced midway through my lunch and replaced by a sloppy miserable woman. Attitude was definitely noticable with little or no care to take care of her table. We were rushed to finish up even tho the place was empty. I asked for a to-go box and when she arrived with it she took my plate and forcefully dumped my leftovers into the box and spilling a good portion of my pasta on the Table! We're not done yet, upon paying for my order in cash, she took my money and paid herself her own tip!!! It was 15% which I have no problem with but the fact she paid herself without me actually leaving the tip like you would do in Any other Place! Ā Ā Ā Read moreOur Family went for dinner and was very disappointed in the experience. I had Chicken Parm and it was a tiny over cooked piece of chicken that was dry. The waitress replaced it with another tiny overcooked piece of chicken. My wife ordered the veggie burger on a gluten free bun...the bun was so hard it would bounce if dropped...the patty was also dry and over cooked. She sent it back and the waitress brought out the same dry burger with a messy limp lettuce wrap . She took one bite and said it was disgusting. When she told the waitress that it was inedible, the waitress agreed and said the buns and burger were not good. We got our bill and I noticed that the Veggie Burger was still on the bill. I went up to the waitress and politely said that she forgot to take the burger off the bill. She snapped back at me and said that I didn't request that the burger be taken off the bill. I said I shouldn't have to it was inedible and not even touched. The manager had yo come and then finally took the item off the bill. Really bad food and...
