I have been to this place twice and the second will be my last.

My first experience was excellent, the food was delicious and the service was top notch. I had a very nice Asian lady as my server (I'm sorry, I do not know your name) who was professional and very attentive to my tables needs. The second time, I had a different waitress who failed to inform us after our first round of beers that there was no tab service on Fridays, and that we would need to order more to reach their 10 dollar limit so we could use card, or use their atm machine to get cash, Becuase everyone carries cash now a days...

After asking for menus, we were left sitting for far too long without service after visibly being ready to order our food. We saw our waitress looks at us and not give us service. We drank our beer and left.

I would like to love to like This place, but the lack of service will make...

0, zero, gluten free or healthy options for those with health concerns. When you ask staff what the food contains you'll be answered with a shoulder shrug; left to figure out how to create your own meal and charged $4 for lettuce when you can't find a single thing on the menu. In today's health conciuos climate it made me feel bad to order my meal, and 4 others effortlessly order wings etc., and watch a friend struggle to find something appetizing to put on lettuce.

If you're not worried about budget or your waistline the rest of the menu seems great. The nachos are excellent. The array of wings are cooked well. The drinks tasted the same every time.

Me and my wife went in today for a late lunch, first time going in, had potato skins and a cheeseburger deluxe and my wife had the seafood spaghetti. The food we got for the price we paid was incredible, my wife kept digging and kept finding more and more seafood, my burger was fantastic and was able to get a good Greek salad with it at no up charge??? (Pretty sure this is the only place in town that happens anymore) and our server Megan was awesome, knowledgeable about the menu, always there when we needed something but never intrusive, and sooooooo personable, definitely a welcome change from the norm around Medicine Hat, will be returning and will be...
