4 of us went to have coffees and baked goods on Saturday afternoon. My wife is Lactose intolerant, and ordered her coffee with Lactose free milk (as always), or she will become violently ill. We recieved our order and sat down to visit. After the first sip, she knew something was amiss.

She checked her till receipt ($53) and there was no indication of Lactose free milk being substituted. She began to get nauseous and took her cup to the young serving waitress whom had a black torque and braids and asked if her drink was made without Lactose milk. She said it wasn't, no apologies or taking responsibility for the error.

My wife then requested if she could have her money back for the coffee which she couldnt drink, and the server said "no sorry, credit or gift card only". Really? Your server and made her ill and she can't get her cash back? Ok.

No problems, we won't return to support your shop again as there's 4 or 5 others available in town, ZB's, Cafe Verve, Crumbles, to...

Had an amazing experience they were super busy this afternoon but they still managed to help every customer, i.e. at least once a week will pop in here even before Covid whenever this place is open it always take a chance to get in there and at least order some thing. All their food is to die for and such excellent service. I’m really glad I stumbled upon this place years ago💕 all the ladies and gentlemen were super amazing and so polite and kind. I love the modern wood aesthetic but it also gives it a nice clean, rustic look. I always love coming here for an iced London Fog or an iced chai latte and their strawberry cheesecake tarts are to die for! Thank you for making my time, money, and ur lovely presences...
