New York Fries at Medicine Hat Mall has become my go-to spot whenever I'm craving the perfect snack. Their fries are simply out of this world—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and always served with the perfect amount of cheese and gravy! Whether you're enjoying them with just a sprinkle of salt or loading them up with all their delicious toppings, you can't go wrong.

What really sets this location apart, though, is their incredible service. The staff is always friendly, quick, and genuinely seems to care about ensuring you have the best experience. A big shout out to Harnorr, Darvinder, Armritpal, Danren and Rajbir for always treating us with great respect and friendly conversations. I never have to wait long, and they always serve with a smile, which makes a big difference. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of their fries and the warmth of their customer service.

We surely mostly agree that this joint does one thing better than the rest-and it ain't the tube steak spinning near the till.

NYF is a one trick pony but they do a great trick...I know I'm not the only ex Mallrat that lived on and for their cheese fries decade or 2 back .

Gravy tastes anything but natural but maybe that's a good thing and the cheese still sqeaks.
