Sizzling Wok — Restaurant in Medicine Hat

Extremely rude service. I was given a coupon to redeem a free regular combo (rice or noodles, plus TWO items & ONE POP) the two Chinese ladies were so rude when I showed them the coupon speaking to each other in their language & argued with me that they only can give me 1 item. She also argued with me that I couldn’t have the free pop. So I didn’t get what the coupon said I could have. I then made another order, this one I obviously paid for, and when I asked for a small bag, she yelled at me saying “this is the only bag we have”. Maybe next time instead of being so cheap with upping the price & lowering the food quantity & treating customers like they are doing you a favour. Giving coupons, then not serving what your company says it has to offer, then maybe you shouldn’t be...

I love the food at this location, otherwise I would NEVER go there again. This place does not know or care about customer service. They ALWAYS treat you like you are just money. They are rude and dismissive.

They also consistently make too little food to serve customers and many times I have had to stand and wait while they make more. They also try to shut down and stop making food over an hour before closing.

They are also very stingy on their portions, going so far as to WEIGH the food! Kung Pao Wok in Lethbridge fills your container so full you can almost not close the contaiand there was no sign of any scale.

Their ONLY saving grace is that usually the food is good. It's too bad a place with such potential to be the best, settles for being one...

A lady with glasses there, always been so rude, never said hello or smiled ever. Always thought that’s fine, but this time was terrible, I asked for extra hot sauce and she responses so aggressively and showed me the bottle that She does not that much. I said u can get it from back and fill, but she never gave me sauce. We pay that much and they can not even give us some sauce. Then when I said where is customer and she made faces and no body even said sorry or nothing. Not coming back ever again. Terrible...
