As an out of town or who’s tried bullet tea in every single town and was driving through Madison hat to get to Manitoba, I was always having a bubble tea craving as usual. Reading the reviews I gave this place a try. First off it really is a hole in the wall. However, sometimes places like this can produce fabulous drinks. Customer service was not great as the lady was kind of rude and didn’t wanna talk to anybody. It also took her quite a while to make our drinks which were not very fancy as they were only fruit teas. While we waited 15 minutes with nobody in front of us, I decided to go to the bathroom. Let me tell you something if I would’ve gone into the bathroom first before ordering I would’ve left immediately. The floors were dirty the sinks were dirty And it was just grimy and gross. When you start looking around the entire space you start to wonder why health Canada hasn’t been in there. The drinks themselves were OK with the Boba tasting kind of bland. Honestly, honestly don’t believe the reviews. Go drive and find another bubble tea place or get a new addiction lol as I write this, it says the store is temporarily closed. I’m...

Best bubble tea shop in Medicine Hat! The BBT is honestly so good. The only downside is there is male worker that is glued to his phone playing some type of game. I understand that it gets slow at times and using your phone is absolutely okay to let the time pass, however us customers see him on his phone even when he is making the drinks. There was one time I was ordering my drink and he was looking down on his phone playing a game while he was on the till. I hope no one gets in trouble to for this, I was just wanting to point this out for food safe/sanitary purposes/customer service to maybe put the phone down for a few minutes at least until the orders are complete :) Otherwise, BBT...

Here's a gem for you in Medicine Hat. Must try items listed below: Good quality, authentic Boba tea. The Pearls are carefully made, and the flavours delicate and on point.

I failed to take pictures inside, but it's a nice bubble tea house atmosphere. Maybe slightly more upscale than the average. It would be an awesome spot for a regular chill or hangout spot. Even better for a local games night.
