ordered dine in for a family of four. although milkshakes were cheap ($4 special), they were very watered down and tasted like overly sweet flavored syrup water. we had initially tried to order the cheesesteak, however they only had the cheesy bacon ranch cheesesteak in their system. ended up getting the cheesy burger in place. Although I question if it would have been possible to put the bacon ranch in the order, then to have the original cheesesteak made... the burgers itself were ok, satisfactory. more flat shaped and slightly more burnt. the fish burger upon arriving at the table had a long strand of hair in it. when staff was notified, we were told we could have a complimentary Mac and cheese bite, in which we explained we only wanted it to be remade. Update - returned today to give it another shot after the owner mentioned that they would improve. Again, no one was in the building, but there are crumbs on the tables, the garbage bins are full of old bits of food, and the counter also has crumbs on it. We left, and told the front staff it was because it's dirty in here. Will not be back.

First time coming here, and was impressed with the freshness of the food. Not super impressed with the cleanliness... Every table had crumbs/grease on them. The salt and pepper shakers look like they have never been cleaned, and the garbage is full of dried on bits... The staff was friendly, and the food was good... But the cleanliness of front of house makes you wonder what back of house is like... The women's washroom is currently out of order, which is a bit inconvenient. We were the only one in the restaurant for at least twenty minutes, and the staff could have been wiping down the tables and...

I am gluten friendly so ordering a lettuce wrap is my go to. Unfortunately putting 2 pieces of romaine on each side of the grilled chicken blt I ordered made the lettuce soggy. If this burger was wrapped and not put in a container I still would have been able to pick it up and eat it but I had to use utensils instead. Not a big deal to some but a lettuce wrap should wrap the burger and not just be placed on it, then put in something to be able to eat like my friends who had burgers in buns. My grilled chicken blt was good, would have liked another piece of sliced tomato as only half the chicken had a slice on it & I would have preferred it to not have it coated in pepper so black you barely saw the color of the chicken, man it was hot, I won't be ordering that again for that reason.
