Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Medicine Hat

We called earlier and explained that we wanted mixed sauce and they gave us 4 different containers of wings, so we explained what we wanted then they still messed up the order, so we explained a third time and they messed up the wings entirely, we verified on call, and asked before we paid, they even charged us less witch isn’t as bad but it’s still wrong that they didn’t know the price, so when I came to tell them the issue they told me that I was mistaken even tho you can see the color difference in the container, and they told me that I seen them re do it even though tho they didn’t, and on top of all that they handled all the pizza and wing with no gloves touching the pork items with the pizza and wings making it not safe for muslims to eat and unsanitary, I had a high respect for this establishment but after today that has ended. “New issue” after trying the wings they also messed up the flavor not only wasting out time but...

Absolutely worst experience i have ever had, started off by ordering through skip, after 35 mins or so got the message from skip that order was complete and to give a review, very confused and worried as i thought itd been dropped off to the wrong place, so i called and young fellow said it was picked up 7 or 8 min before i called to be delivered, 45 min later it arrived cold, pictures of the uncooked pizza with the absolute bare,and i mean bare toppings, pizza was still doughy and for it to be thin it was baaaaaad. $100 wasted and my memories of my favourite pizza sullied and wrecked. Went last night, there were a few couples there, all waiting for food. the tables around us had not been cleaned, most were covered with food debris.We walked in shortly before 7pm, it was obvious that the waitress was out of her depth, she was delivering food to the odd table now and again but never did she manage to complete an order in a timely manner. We had ordered at 7pm [ two 9 inch pizza's] we decided at 7;30 that we were not going to waste our time any longer and left. This was not the fault of the waitress, she was obviously working hard, but I do believe that the kitchen staff should give their heads a shake, what do they do when it gets busy? will not be back...
