Rossco's Wing House — Restaurant in Medicine Hat

Ok first this place sucks, don't ever go here ever. food suck they over charge for everything. i pay $13 for wings that were over cooked, and order a lager Caesar salad so if i for the wing deal with the side i would have played $15 now that i ordered just wings and a larger Caesar salad i pay $13 for the wings and $13 for the salad!!! the salad tasted like fish. i had three bits and toasted it. i had the wings because i was hungry left one on the plate to show how bad it was, i ordered a drink got it the i finished with that one i had to wait 15 minuets to get a new drink, their was only 8 people in this place so bad!!! so to drinks one set of wings and a larger salad $40 bucks really!!!! you guys suck and would not HAVE ANYONE I KNOW GO AND EAT AT THIS WHOLE IN A WALL CALLING THEM SELF A...

Ordered Stinging honey garlic boneless bites but whatever the abomination I recieved was contained zero honey garlic. Heat was expected but these were basically unedible after the first 10 or so and I have never had a problem with the spiceyness of anything before. The lack of any warning for heat unlike all of the other hot wing flavors disappointed me and this business will never see another cent from me again due to the terrible customer service. It took 15 minutes after receiving our food to see if our food was alright yet my complaint fell upon deaf ears. Honey garlic sauce was offered to me as I was paying as I had basically left my plate untouched after sharing my girlfriend's wings. Completely...

Personally speaking from my own experiences I've only had one time where I enjoyed the service at this establishment, that was over a year ago. The food itself is okay, but too overpriced nowadays. Especially the wings.. Most of the time now I find the servers to be stuck up/rude. I would rather not put my money towards a restaurant where service makes you feel undermined. I'm always polite but when a server is rude after I'm being nice, well that's a reflection of them and not myself. In this present day service is becoming the number one thing in restaurants so I always say "if the food doesn't meet your expectations but the service is great, well then the experience was enough to enjoy everything...
