Being a regular customer, I’m very disappointed with how employees treat me. Their customer service is so unfriendly that they don’t even try to put some effort into making you welcome. Unprofessional way of interacting with customers. They always tell me to get less veggies on the sandwich mentioning that their food cost is high and needs to be maintained. Like they are telling me directly about how they manage their food cost by giving people less quantity and still increasing the prices for the sandwiches!!!!! No other subway does this but these medicine hat franchises are trying to make their own rules. Subway offers unlimited amounts of veggies as per their rules and regulations. Not sure why employees would not follow this rule. Moreover, if there was such a rule to charge for extra veggies I would have paid more.
