Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Melfort

I would consider this branch to be an adequate experience over the last 6 years. The environment is delightful, and the staff are pretty good and friendly. Regular coffee from Tim Hortons doesn't taste "satisfying" as other coffees I've tried with other competitors, in my opinion. The other usual drink (mocha latte) and other brunch foods I would get is occasionally a hit or miss in terms of quality and taste. This is usually the case when they're operating during busy hours, but in normal operating hours, that is rarely the case whenever I order. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the drinks and pastries. A better quality than the McDonald's from the other side....

This Tim’s seems like it only had teens working here and I don’t mind that at all but it’s like they had no clue what they were doing I ordered on mobile and when I got there they said they didn’t have my order I asked if they was another one in melfort and was told there is not so finally someone figured out how to pull it up but I had to keep telling them that’s not all the order, the girl would then come back and say that’s all we have omg very confusing and frustrating finally a guy worker got involved and took care of it properly but these guys need to train there window people better the food was ok tea had missed the sugar...

Went through the drive thru debt machine buttons are broken 😕 I dont Have tap option. They wanted me to come into pay i explain I have babys in the truck. That defeats the purpose of the drive through. Well come in and pay both lady's said dont think they got the point. I replied this is pointless 😒 and stupid and left.

Second time I stopped after the concert and my wife went in. She said it looked clean and well renovated and maintained.But no doughnuts at display had pre packed in back area.

This is to let management know to fix the machine & others about it and the pre package not displayed backroom...
