To say that the food was a disappointment would be a grave understatement. To say that the food is like pig slop would be a grave offense to swines and farmers. I'm no connoisseur or fine diner, but good gosh they somehow produce some bad food here. The chefs should be placed in the ground to apologize to the plants. How does one screw up pan-fried veggies? Similarly, all livestock should be apologized to. The fish was surely from the ocean, but had never been met with such an amount of salt. I would encourage all companies associated with this restaurant to immediately cease relations, they are not doing your sauces, condiments, or goods any service.
We had to ask for several replacements of silverware - many were missing when we sat down, or they had grime and food pieces stuck.
The servers were decently polite and nice, which is the only good thing I am able to comment on. This is of course, a one-time experience, but a harrowing one to say the least. I would suffer my ex cheating on me a few more times, and gladly sit through weeks upon months of time with my in-laws before I set foot or even look at this restaurant again. I truly would tell them "there's always tomorrow" or "good luck", but I'd just be lying. Perhaps the chefs and management can try other ventures. Surely not cobblers, they seem to take pride in their work. Definitely not a convenience store employee, that requires multitasking skills. And surely not a tailor, they have more taste.
tl;dr : They have horrible food, and I've been served nettle soup as well as dandelion before. Prepare to be exorcised afterwards, and maybe head to the 7-Eleven across the street to wash your tongue with slurpee afterwards. Plz consider supporting other business...
Read moreI ordered a meal for a family of 3 and the gave me one large white container for my chow main then the rest was in tiny rectangular containers not plastic and portion controlled just barely enough for 3 people and tons of noodles. Everybody knows when you ordering Chinese food and for a family you give large containers and we paid like 53 dollars for basically tons of noodles and 3 tiny on entrees looked like half of my chicken balls were eaten along the way by the person that delivered our food ... would I order there again never not in my dame life and I called to complain and they pretend to barely speak English and spoke over me repeating themselves and refused to allow me to speak ... never order there people trust me ... and next day we all had sore throats ... ??? And they were supposed to add a free dish of vermicelli in a black bean sauce over 50 dollar purchase... they didn't add...
Read moreI recently visited Bamboo Panda, a Chinese restaurant, and had a mixed dining experience. The Cantonese chow mein and Combo #2 were generous in portion size, providing a substantial plate of food. However, the quality of the dishes was average, with the flavors and presentation being somewhat straightforward and lacking distinctiveness. The house fried chicken was also served in a satisfactory manner although it tasted refried. Unfortunately, our waitress seemed disengaged, which detracted from the overall experience. While the food was filling and decent, the lackluster service and unremarkable flavors left us with a mediocre impression. With some improvement in service and culinary creativity, Bamboo Panda could elevate its offerings to better satisfy...
