Burger King — Restaurant in Midland

I’d give food zero stars if I could. Ordered 8 nuggets and they came out burnt. Looked burnt and tasted burnt. Waited so long for them to make more. Got the new ones and the same thing, they even smelt burnt. Obviously it was an issue with their oil. They offered to make more and I just asked for a refund which they did. I feel bad for all the people who went through drive through and got home with nuggets to taste burnt ones and any kids that would have ate them. Yuck.

Staff were also very slow and confused. There was no order to being served. I got my poutine while we waiting 10 minutes for my husbands stuff and my nuggets. I had to leave him at the counter and go eat my poutine before it got cold. Then when he came to the table I had to go deal with my burnt nuggets. We wound up not even getting to eat together. Even by the time we were done there was still the same 2 people who were in front of us waiting for their food still. One guy working front kept messing everything up. One lady asked for ketchup and he dropped them all on the floor. Then he put them on our tray instead of hers. Lots of staff standing there trying to figure out orders while food sat ready to be sent out and nothing coming out.

We are done with this location. It just keeps going further and further downhill. I say get rid of it and put in a full Swiss chalet...

Usually this Burger King isn't bad, but it has been gradually becoming a bad location. Yesterday I ordered a Bacon and Cheese Whooper combo and received a Wendy's Dave's Single burger (see first 2 pictures). What the?... I was upset because I didn't notice until I arrived home and was not told anything from the server at the drive-thru. The beef patty seemed much smaller than a Whopper patty, and I do enjoy the usual Whopper bun. Also, they have been getting stingy with fries. The french fry container in my bag was barely half full. Absolutely awful experience- ordered a poutine and whopper with only pickles and mustard. The first whopper came out to me with everything on it. Brought it to the counter to get it remade correctly. The second whopper came out to me with only ketchup. Brought it up to the counter to get it remade again. Third and last whopper was made correctly after 2 managers had to watch the burger being made correctly. I was given very dirty looks by staff, managers and customers in the store which resulted with me eating my burger in my vehicle on a 30+ degree day. Not happy with my experience. I will not be returning to this location due to this situation. Lost a 10+ year customer.
