We lone Popeyes chicken, it has never failed to please.
Unfortunately we had a very bad drive through experience last evening.
When receiving two drinks on a cardboard drink holder, one of the drinks fell off as it was being passed off to my wife (the driver) the cup landed on her lap spilling on her and all over the front interior of my car. We ask to speak to the manager and was told that no manager was working this at 6:40 pm. They did replace our drink but I wanted to know who was going to cover the interior car cleaning. The cashier said I needed to talk to the manager tomorrow, I asked for their names and thr managers name yo be written fown along with the store phone number, they did not provide this and as a matter of fact they also did not give us a receipt. I had to ask for that after receiving our food order. I want to also mention the drink that did not fall was not correctly inserted into cup jolder and I had to push it into place to make sure it was not going to fall over. This is clearly a fault of the store employee.
I called the Manager Havinder today and explained clearly what had happened he tried to dismiss my complaint and say this would not happen again Great I should hope not. I asked who was going to pay to have my interior cleaned and he said he had to speak with his partner. He was to call me back later today or tomorrow. This is fine.
This afternoon another call was received it was from an unknown person from Popeyes. They told me that the employee said nothing happened and the order was passed through the window without incident according to the employee the drink had spilled after, she went on to offer a discount on my next order. This is not acceptable as the estimate I have for the interior cleaning is 200 plus tax.
Their employee lied, the lady today also lied S she said she watched the video footage and did not see the drink fall of the drink tray. I suggest they look at the video feed for the transaction at 1840 hrs and see what really happened. This is clearly due to the negligence of their staff and the store should make it right. Read moreThey continue every night to lock their doors around 10:30 when I have asked and checked the website the hours are open until 2am. But most of the time they have the doors locked because they are too Lazy, and don’t want to deal with customers dining in. Even when calling or trying to open the door they told us to go through drive through. When I have asked before they themselves told me they are open untill 2 am. I’m sure that the parent owner of this location would love to know that they are turning away customers despite the advertised hours simply because they don’t want to service them. I simply wanted to sit down and eat to talk with company after a long day at one of the only places open in the area, when I was refused.
This is an edit on October 27 at 9:45 pm I had the same issue again tonight. We tried discussing it with the employees a male and a female they again refused to let us sit in the dining area. They proceeded to lie about their hours. We asked does the franchise owner know that you are closing the doors early? He proceeded to say “yes, we do this every night, we close the dining area one hour early (10) to clean the lobby because no one comes.” Yes no one comes because you lock the doors. I know from working in franchises that is absolutely untrue you are not allowed at all to close the doors before the set time. I understand cleaning has to be done but customers are priority. Read moreI just came in and ordered a large 3 piece combo which is total $18.40 and the lady ripped me off. She upcharged me $4.30 for a large fry and a medium sprite having me pay $21.01 and when we went in to confront her she said thats how it is in the store. Not its not, you charged me for a regular combo and upsized the fries when we specifically asked for a large combo. Not coming back after this, times are tough so yeah to have extra money taken for no reason, is ridiculous and the least she could have done was fix it.
Currently waiting in the parking lot watching multiple cars go in and out the drive thru while we are sitting here waiting for someone to bring our food…. Not too mention the guy working there is really rude, would not listen to our order and at the window I had to show him the menu and correct our order, so he told us to pull around to the side and he will bring it out.
