Let Me Be Frank is an absolute gem in Midland. Super impressed by the creative menu—tons of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, all clearly made with care. I had the in-house made veggie dog and it was seriously delicious—fresh, flavourful, and perfectly prepared.

Wes, the owner/operator, brings real heart to this place. His passion for great food and great service shines through. Midland needs more owner/operators like this—keep it up, Wes and team!

Cannot pay with CASH Was my 1st dislike about this place. Credit/ debit Only . Purchased the " Enforcer Combo" . The Frank was average at best and on the greasy side.Curly fries were o.k. We waited a Full 20 minutes for our "take out"order to be fulfilled. While waiting we were able to watch them make the Franks and unfortunately noticed the owners partner ( cook)was Not wearing gloves while handling the food Big Turn off!
