Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Midland

Dear Owner, I'm not sure if you just don't care.. or you don't know what you are doing. Take a look at all the reviews you have and give your head a shake. I hope head office can see these and does something about this. You NEVER have anything hot and ready other than crazy bread. When ever I order a pizza it comes with little to no topping on it ( I'm not talking pepperoni, I'm talking a pizza like Canadian at a premium price.) why is it I can order the same pizza in Barrie and have it loaded with bacon, mushroom etc... but here at this location it's made like it's coming out of the pocket of the person taking my order? It's nonsense.. no more will I waste my money here. You have a lawn full of hot and ready signs and legit.. not once have you ever had a pizza ready for me to walk out with, and if I have to wait at least make it worth it.

Dear head office, Get the owner of Barrie's little ceaser out here so he can show this place...

Poor customer service. I went in ordered 2 Pizzas and an order of pizza bites. After paying she said it would take 10-15mins. She should have said that before but it's fine I wait. Go back into o get my order, which was wrong. After repeatedly stating my order I was told by another women she will do it right now, it will take 6mins. The women who took my order the first time tried to charge me for another pizza. I should have checked it was right before leaving but I thought After explaining my order several times to 3 people it would be right. Of course I got home and it still wasn't right. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni, a 3 meat and pizza bites. I got a stuffed crust 3 meat, an original 3 meat and pizza bites. Such a hassle and total wait was 40mins from the time I walked in to the time I left. I won't be returning to...

I ordered online at that was the start of the issues. I had to download the app to order. When my partner got to the restaurant the frustration continued. We got email instructions that told us a number but also that he had to go to the counter. He went and they rudely told him he had to have the number for the box. He called me, I called them and let them know what the email said and the were rude and had a smart attitude. I got him the number from the email and he picked up the pizza and when we got home it didn't have the sauce. I called and again got the attitude, "he should have seen the sign' even after I told her he was upset with the email instructions mix up she couldn't helped him? Also, the attitude, we can't help you call the online number. I will never go to this...
